Very comfortable lovely location
Pros:

Lovely comfy bed, room was bigger than expected! Very clean. Had a slight issue with working the tv (me being silly) and the manager came straight out and sorted it for me instantly with out any issues at all. Brilliant service

Pros:

Lovely room, clean beds and bathroom. Beautiful location. Fantastic breakfast.

Cons:

When returning to the site late at night, the grounds are VERY dark, driving to the cabins felt quite unnerving. Some lights would make an enormous difference.

Pros:

The location is brilliant. The rooms were comfortable and bed nice to sleep on. Tea making g facilities adequate. The staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The cleanliness was what let everything down.
Our room was dusty and there were marks down the toilet pan from the previous people. A toilet brush would have sorted this out.
Our towels weren't replaced on request.
I had to go up to the reception area at the bar and ask for them.
The carpet was also badly stained between the beds.

Pros:

Our stay was only a short stay for the Christmas period but the room was absolutely amazing.

Cons:

Someone came into our room in the morning of Christmas and even though the door was locked and the key was in the door they still managed to get in. We was unsure who it was thar walked in but there was no apology and it scared our children
