nice staff, nice location but terrible room (room 17)
Pros:

Price, location staff.

Cons:

room 17 - massive cracks in each corner of the room and also across the ceiling. The disable toilets smelt and the rubber flooring was peeling up and was compromised in areas. Not good considering its a new building.

De late check-in mogelijkheid.

Cons:

Na het boeken pas een daarna een mail ontvangen dat de keuken niet beschikbaar was. Personeel ongeïnteresseerd bij aankomst en nog geen hallo of hoe is het. We verbleven in een "chalet" wat meer weg had van een portacabin. Deze was overigens niet schoon en bloedheet binnen. De aanwezig airco bood geen uitkomst want deze bromde en blies -ondanks de bediening op de afstandbediening- ijskoude lucht.

Om 6u39 ging men de greens maaien en werd ik hiervan wakker. Een keihard geluid van de maaimachine. Wie maait er om deze tijd als je gasten hebt slapen?

We bestelden de yoghurt granola bowl als ontbijt. Dat werd dus een bord granola en 1 lepeltje yoghurt. De bananenchips daargelaten. De koffie bleek matige automatenkoffie. Totaal 21 pond voor een dergelijk ontbijt is iets om je voor te schamen.

Bij het uitchecken ook weer desinteresse, geen vraag of ons verblijf beviel. De reden waarom ze een 3 scoren en geen 1 is omdat het bed prima was en de late check-in mogelijkheid werd gegeven.

Wij misten de liefde voor het vak en de gastvrijheid was ver te zoeken: ze keken ons zowat weg. Niet heengaan is ons advies voor 130 pond de nacht excl ontbijt. Heel erg jammer.

Stayed the night before a wedding - really nice place, very clean and well kept. Would recommend.
Pros:

The room and facility was clean and high spec. Staff were very helpful and accomodated our late check-in. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

The hotel/bar telephone line wasn't working, which made getting in touch abit complicated, but we got around it by calling the manager directly (who was very helpful).

It was that poor we cut our stay to only one night and came home.
Pros:

Did not get to B'fast. The Hotel rules said collars to be worn at all times so therefore had eat out at the local pub.

Cons:

The fire alarm sounding a 04:45 in the morning and being the only ones to react was a bit off putting. No one came and told us it was false alarm. The room being only a few meters away from the room made privacy difficult.

Good location, friendly staff, clean room and very reasonably priced. Would recommend.
Pros:

Good location for visiting Badminton flower show.

Cons:

We were woken up very early 5.30am, by noise of grass cutting and other machinery. As it was so hot I appreciate the gardeners needed to be out early but we were not staying to play golf and did not need to be awake that early.

Stunning location and comfortable
Pros:

Perfect location, beautiful setting. Excellent customer service from. Staff. Rooms together as requested. Large comfortable rooms.
