Staff always extremely helpful and welcoming
The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant they were really welcoming and nothing was too much trouble..i will definitely be returning
I have no complaints what so ever
Friendly staff, good breakfast and clean room.
The rooms are small, the bed was old and the mattress worn. There is limited ability to open the window so on warmer days it has a tendency to get quite stuffy.
Price wise it is relatively expensive for the facilities.

Lovely dinning room with an excellent breakfast
came with my two children and husband,on entering we seen the bar area first so first impressions was fab for t was lovely and immaculate,staff were lovely and friendly ,rooms were lovely ,although room 3 was very warm with out heating but they did have a fan which came in very handy ,breakfast was lovely had full english and children had pancakes with banana and nutella and apple juice ,also the lady who served us was very friendly and kept asking if everything was ok ,thank you The pleasant inn will return in a heart beat

Excellent food at a fair price is their main focus and it is good. Clean room. Attentive staff. Glass milk bottle in room fridge and home made cookies with the kettle.
I was given a sandwich, a packet of crisps and some juice to put in the room fridge for breakfast as, like every worker, I needed to be at my customer when breakfast would be served at 9am. I stayed at another hotel the following night because of this but even they only started breakfast at 8am.. I wish Booking.com made it clear when the cooked breakfast that's been paid for is served. Even on holiday I wouldn't want to waste half my day waiting for breakfast.
Another minor niggle is the fact that although there is an ample supply of soaps in the bathroom, there is nowhere to put them while in the shower. I found I could just about balance a bottle on the top of the shower door .
Everything. Can’t find a problem. Comfy beds, nice rooms, great staff, nice food.
