Good Location, and cheap enough
Pros:

The location is in the center of city, where you can find the famous and delicious snacks. I would like to recommend everyone barbecue there, which has a very special way to wrap the grilled meat and spring onion in a flatbread. Most importantly, this room is very cheap to get a suitable place to live in a convenient location.

Cons:

The room is without window, and there is no infos shown there. If you want to a window, you need to choose the more expensive one.
