Pros:

We were assigned a first-floor unit in a separate building next to the main hotel, as shown in the picture. Unfortunately, the building was very old, and I did not feel safe staying there..
We were told this arrangement was because we had three children, but it ended up making our stay uncomfortable rather than accommodating. Being on the street level also meant we did not feel secure keeping the windows open, which was a concern we raised with the staff. When I requested to move to an upper floor, the request was denied—again, citing that we had kids.

Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. The staff did not come across as genuinely welcoming or family-friendly; their attitude felt forced rather than sincere.

I felt this was a complete waste of money. I came expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience with my family, but instead, we spent our time feeling uneasy and dissatisfied.

Ottima posizione per raggiungere Lucerca in treno
Pros:

Posizione hotel: comodissima per raggiungere Lucerna in treno (l'hotel è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Con il treno si arriva in centro a Lucerna). Ristorante: caro Colazione: scarsa (mancanza di torte e biscotti)

Cons:

Il costo della cena al ristorante. La colazione scarsa. La titolare (credo) poco cortese e che ha preteso il pagamento della cena finita la cena ("visto che la camera l'avete già pagata con booking sarebbe meglio saldare la cena subito")

Pros:

Neblogi pusryčiai. Patogu iš viešbučio pasiekti traukiniu Liucernos centrą.

Cons:

Nėra kondicionieriaus. Neįmanoma užmigti dėl karščio ir triukšmo iš gatvės. Numeryje nėra net arbatinuko. Nerekomenduočiau. Tikrai netraukia 3 žvaigždžių viešbučio.

Good hotel for a quick/short stay!
Pros:

Overall comfortable stay for a short period of time (we just had one night traveling from the Netherlands to Tuscany). Friendly staff, good hygiene and alright at this price range!

Cons:

The room had no air conditioning and the rooms were very small (ceiling was very low).

It was convenient .... very near to the station.... the surrounding was nice... the staff were very friendly and helpful

It was tooo hot. No extra fan... also we were given a room in the outside hotels wing... not the actual hotel

L'emplacement et le parking gratuit

Cons:

Chambre dans les combles sans climatisation avec un ventilateur en guise d'éventuel rafraîchissement. Malheureusement chaleur étouffante mon animal de compagnie et moi n'avons quasiment pas dormi.
