Hotel Kreuz

Op zich een rustige locatie buiten de stad althans: dat dacht ik, want op de kamer lagen oordopjes voor de nachtrust en toen de nacht zich aandiende begreep ik waarom: het(vracht)verkeer die er s'nacht voorbijraasde want het was nogal gehorig. Niettemin heb ik goed geslapen en was het personeel behulpzaam en uitermate vriendelijk. (Arriveerde iets eerder maar inchecken was toen geen probleem waarvoor dank🙏) Kamer was netjes zoals je van Zwitserse begrippen mag verwachten maar compact en het ontbijt was ok. Parkeren kan kosteloos ditect bij het hotel en het OV teeinstation is op 5. Min wandelen. Voor mij was het prima voor een tussenstop!

Vriendelijk ontvangst, schone kamer en goede ligging ten opzichte van Luzern. Met de trein naar Luzern aanrader.

Wonderful place, amazing room

Hotel Kreuz es un típico hotel familiar suizo. Todo cuidado al detalle, riquísimo desayuno y atención personalizada.
Si quieren conocer Lucerna es una excelente alternativa para alojarse ya que se encuentra a solo 10 minutos en tren.

Clean, close to train station. Staff services were very good. They were very helpful. Excellent breakfast and coffee.

Accommodation in a great location, close to the train station, which made it easy to reach the main purpose of our visit: exploring the city of Lucerne.

The accommodation was very pleasant and clean, although the furnishings were a bit dated. Breakfast was fairly simple, but there was enough variety for everyone to find something they liked, and we certainly didn’t leave hungry. Having parking right next to the hotel was also very convenient.

Insanlardan uzak bi yerdi

It was such a beautiful town. And their prices were so good, couldn’t find any better than this. They also had free car parking. The receptionist was so helpful and kind. She let us check in late which was after their check in time. Can’t thank her enough for this kind gesture. Breakfast was awesome with such a beautiful view.

We were assigned a first-floor unit in a separate building next to the main hotel, as shown in the picture. Unfortunately, the building was very old, and I did not feel safe staying there..
We were told this arrangement was because we had three children, but it ended up making our stay uncomfortable rather than accommodating. Being on the street level also meant we did not feel secure keeping the windows open, which was a concern we raised with the staff. When I requested to move to an upper floor, the request was denied—again, citing that we had kids.

Overall, we did not enjoy our stay. The staff did not come across as genuinely welcoming or family-friendly; their attitude felt forced rather than sincere.

I felt this was a complete waste of money. I came expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience with my family, but instead, we spent our time feeling uneasy and dissatisfied.
