Perfect, peaceful gem
Pros:

The staff are all so welcoming and clearly care about their guests and their comfort.

I chose a standard double room and the bed was super comfy, views of mountains and vineyards were simply stunning, and i didn't hear a single noise from any other rooms to disturb the peace. I loved the good size desk for the odd occasion where I did need to do a little bit of work as well, and the coffee machine in the room is a nice touch too.

The restaurant menu is excellent and combines traditional with modern and international cuisine to provide something to suit everyone.

The guest house is beautifully decorated, keeping the traditional Swiss style but elevating and modernising the spaces to provide a calm, comfortable, and relaxing environment.

Jenins is a beautiful tranquil village where you can totally disconnect, but a ten minute drive has you back at the motorway, spas, ski lifts, or shops.
Loads of parking, too.
I loved it and look forward to going back!

Cons:

I am very tall, so i always think that bath towels could be bigger. But other than that - I loved everything!

Einmal und nie wieder🙈
Pros:

An der Unterkunft war der Standort schön, mit einer schönen Aussicht.

Cons:

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft in keiner Weise freundlich empfangen, sehr unfreundliche Dame.
Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber und vor allem recht kalt, es hatte ja noch geschneit. Am Morgen hatten wir beim Frühstück schmutzige Confitüren Schalen. Geht gar nicht.

Einwandfreies Zimmer in toller und ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage, Aussicht ins Rheintal, schöne Umgebung für Wanderungen und Spaziergänge, tolles Frühstück, Restaurant auch gut (natürlich Schweizer Preise, bei denen man als Deutscher etwas schlucken muss...)

Fantastic - 5 star service
Pros:

The team were FANTASTIC - they stayed up and waited for us when we were running late and had a beautiful meal waiting for us nearer midnight - which we really didn't expect. Thank you so much to the whole team. Much appreciation.

A colazione purtroppo non c’era molta varietà. C’erano pochissime cose e soprattutto, purtroppo, poca attenzione alle mosche che avevano libero accesso al pane e altre cose servite a colazione.
Per il prezzo pagato mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.
Nonostante la posizione e l’accesso a tante fattorie nei dintorni, trovo spiacevole servire prodotti “da supermercato” non servendo prodotti locali come ad esempio burro, salumi, formaggi..
siamo stati in altre strutture nei dintorni e altrove abbiamo potuto davvero godere dei prodotti del territorio. Con qualche attenzione in più anche alle materie prime, questo posto sarebbe insuperabile perché ha un potenziale altissimo.
Inoltre non c’erano asciugamani più grandi per fare la doccia, solo asciugamani medio-piccoli.
