Personale gentilissimo, struttura molto bella e pulita, accogliente anche per animali domestici e ristorante buonissimo a colazione e altri pasti. Parcheggio gratuito con ricarica elettrica disponibile. Il prezzo della ricarica è alto.

Das Zimmer war top. Das Essen us das Frühstückbuffet war exelllent.
Alles war perfekt und so konnten wir den Wochenend-Audglug in vollen Zügen geniessen.

Es war wunder schön und wir genossen den Winter in vollen Zügen. Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Sensationelles Frühstück, alles in Gläser sauber verpackt. Diverse Speisen frisch zubereitet. Sehr feundliches und aufmerksames Personal.

Cons:

Für die Fussgänger wird in Zernez nicht so viel gemacht. (Schneeräumung) Das ist aber auf sehr hohem Niveau gejammert.

Pros:

Schnelles Check-in. Zentrale Lage. Grosses und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Gratis Glühwein am Abend. Es ist sehr ruhig im Hotel, auch bei hohem Betrieb.

Cons:

Das Housekeeping steht schon früh morgens vor der Tür, auch wenn man am gleichen Tag auscheckt. Das könnte man besser koordinieren.

Romantic get away for couple, easy access to St.Moritz or Livignio
Pros:

Great breakfast, nice and close to the station. They really take Valentine's seriously.

Cons:

Not much to do in Zernez in winter, restaurant was fine dinning more suitable for romantic couples
