Great stay
Pros:

Breakfast was great, wondeful staff, very efficient, the room was well designed, quiet for a road front room,

Lovely hotel, with a fabulous breakfast offering.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Best breakfast offering I've had in a Swiss Hotel. Local food, great selection, including hot breakfast offerings. Bedroom neat and clean and comfortable. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Speaking English was an issue. I tried to explain that the price I'd booked the room for wasn't what I was being charged but wasn't successful in making myself understood - ended up paying around CHF50 more than I should have. Limited reception and bar hours. Cleaners very noisy when attending to the (other) rooms, hard to find some morning peace. The hotel is situated on a main road making it difficult to sleep with the windows open due to the noise of the traffic - in summer this was a problem - maybe having a fan in the room (I was in one of the rooms situated in the roof) could help with the air ventilation.

Pros:

Von außen unscheinbar aber wirklich tolle, moderne Unterkunft, alles picobello sauber und schön. Hervorragendes Essen und Frühstück, unbedingt dort auch zu Abend essen!

Schöne Unterkunft - gutes Frühstück
Pros:

Schönes, stylisches Hotel und das grosse Zimmer (Junior Suite).

Cons:

Das Bett war unbequem und hat durchgehangen, warum wir auch nicht gut geschlafen haben.

Das Frühstück ist lecker, aber das mit den vielen einzelnen Portionen in Gläser (z.B. eine halbe Kiwi etc.) fanden wir komisch.

Zernez muss mann sich unbedingt ansehen. Sehr freundliche Leute.
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer und freundliches Personal.
Der Nationalpark ist sehr empfehlenswert.
