Hôtel de grande qualité à Zernez
Pros:

Très bonne qualité d'hôtel
Personnel très aimable et accueillant
Chambre de grande qualité, hyper propre
Restaurant en correspondance avec la qualité 4* de l'hôtel

Cons:

Situation bruyante, face à la route de vallée et son charoi important
Pas reçu de billet de déplacement gratuit (bus et train), dans rayon limité, contrairement à des séjours antérieurs dans d'autres hôtels des Grisons

Parfait !
Pros:

Tout était parfait : la chambre cosy, l'emplacement idéal à proximité des villages de la Basse Engadine et du Parc National Suisse, le dîner, le petit-déjeuner.
Mention spéciale pour le personnel absolument adorable !

Cons:

Une jolie poutre dans la chambre... mais un peu basse quand on est grand ;-)

Alpine paradise at the entrance to the Swiss National Park.
Pros:

Excellent host, nicely renovated rooms, excellent breakfast and superior dinner. Location is perfect. The near-by road does not really disturb you at night.

Pros:

Das Hotel und unser Zimmer waren traumhaft schön – ich war tatsächlich noch nie in einem so stilvollen Haus. Die Kombination aus Holz und Stein ist perfekt inszeniert. Besonders toll war, dass unser Hund überall willkommen war: Beim Essen durfte er dabei sein, und fürs Frühstück gab es einen separaten Raum.
Frühstück und Zvieri sind nachhaltig und liebevoll zubereitet. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gemütlich, das Essen ausgezeichnet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Het ontbijt is formidabel. Tijdens de Engadiner Radmarathon was men zelfs bereid het ontbijt om 5u 's ochtends te serveren, keuze even uitgebreid als altijd en met een glimlach.

Sehr angenehm und schön.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend - mit sehr grosser Auswahl, vieles davon attraktiv in Gläsern angeboten oder zusätzlich zu bestellen aus der Küche.
Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet, schlicht mit viel Holz und passenden Möbeln und Accessoires.
Die Angestellten im Service und die Gastgeberin waren sehr aufmerksam, schnell und freundlich.

Sehr gute Lage, was es auch einfach macht, sich mit dem öV zu bewegen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, schön, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstück was sehr grosszügig und lecker. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren insgesamt zufrieden.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss und neben dem Haupteingang (Nebenhaus). Da es eher hellhörig war, konnte man die Menschen, die das Haus betraten oder verliessen, sowie den Strassenlärm gut hören. Irgendwann in der Nacht war nicht mehr viel los, sodass wir trotzdem gut geschlafen haben. Evtl. hätte aber jemand mit einem leichten Schlaf mehr Mühe gehabt.
