Guests have free use of the hotel's outdoor tennis courts and reduced fees for the indoor court. Enjoy a free transfer between the Waldhaus hotel and the St. Moritz train station. Transfers to the village and even the Silser ski area can be arranged. A perfect place to relax and be spoiled
Pros:

Everything. Cosy but luxurious. Very attentive staff and a personal greeting every day from one of the family members. Run by the same family since 1908. Shuttle service from St Moritz station and to and from the village. Excellent food. Copious buffet breakfast with all one could wish for. Relaxing spa.
I hope to return. If you go I recommend buying the book about the history of the hotel and its lovely family.

Toller, entspannter Urlaub in einer einmaligen Umgebung in einem hervorragenden Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und perfekter Service. Absolute Sauberkeit, warme Atmosphäre. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Das Abendessen könnte besser sein.

Le fait qu'il n'y ait ni bouilloire ni machine à café dans la chambre. Le son de la TV était très mauvais.

Es war wunderbar und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen
Pros:

Der persönliche Empfang und die Präsenz der Besitzer-Familie, die Atmosphäre, welche wirklich noch an ein historisches Grand Hotel erinnert.
Die unglaubliche Natur mit diversen Spaziermäglichkeiten direkt vor der " Haustüre"

schönes Wetter, Umfeld, war gut, Danke
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr fein, leider zu voll, und unruhig, zu viel Bewegung, auch Alleinreisender möchte am Fenster sitzen, nicht im zweiter, dritter Reihe.
Mit Leggings und Hauspantoffeln möchte ich keinen am Frühstück sehen, sorry, unästhetisch, dafür gehe ich nicht ins Waldhaus. Auch junge Mammies und Familien sollen bitte sich gut bekleiden.


Zu viele mit den Hunden, sie waren aber diskret.


Toll war Obst auf dem Gang! Danke

Sonst war super schön, Danke, komme noch mal!

Cons:

Halbpansion (Abendsmenü) soll man man auch für einen Abend oder zwei vor Ort buchen können, nicht für den ganzen Aufenthalt wie es mir vor Ort gesagt wurde.

Dresscode lässt nach.

Unvergesslich! Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Es war einfach von A bis Z ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Wir haben jede Minute genossen. Die Hausführung war grossartig! Herr und Frau Dietrich haben uns viel Interessantes berichtet, so spannend!

Wir haben absolut nichts zu beanstanden!

Personnel de service agréable. Petit déjeuner et facilités pour les transports y compris remontées mécaniques.

Cons:

Mobilier disparate et de mauvaise qualité pour un 5 étoiles. Literie très médiocre. Ménage plus qu’approximatif. Dans une situation délicate aucun geste de type « grande maison » n’a été effectué.

Pros:

Äusserst zuvorkommende/-s Gastgeber und Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Spa. Wunderbare Lage. Wer Historie zu schätzen weiss, kann gerne auf den letzten Schrei der Technik und auf ausgefallenes Design verzichten. Gleichwohl ist hier alles stilvoll eingerichtet, viele Räume sind auch modern, alles mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, es stehen verschiedene Küchen und entsprechende Lokale zur Wahl. Gerne wieder!

A wonderful stay in a peaceful, charming hotel with breathtaking mountain views.
Pros:

I really loved the atmosphere of the hotel — calm, elegant, and surrounded by beautiful nature. The location is stunning, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff was warm and attentive. It felt like a true place to relax and recharge.
