Non avevamo acqua calda in camera per un malfunzionamento della caldaia. Abbiamo segnalato subito il guasto alla direzione della struttura ma il tecnico è arrivato a riparare il guasto solo nel tardo pomeriggio del giorno prima della nostra partenza.

Beautiful property with spa access and classic style
Pros:

Beautiful property that mixes historic charm with modern facilities. Enjoy amazing views across the valley whether from your room or relaxing in the thermal baths, then experience a lovely dinner in a classic dining room and a stroll through the beautiful little town of Andeer. Sink into a superlatively comfortable bed at night.

Schöner Kurz- Aufenthalt in Andeer, komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im sehr ruhigen Ort Andeer. Man kann dort spazieren oder Wanderungen unternehmen. Der Ort hat eine Bäckerei, einen Metzger und einige wenige Hotels. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, sowohl von Thusis als auch vom Tessin, per Postbus. Falls du kit dem Auto kommst, achte auf die Ausfahrt, sonst bist du schon vorbei! Vom Ort hört und sieht man die Schnellstrasse nicht. Eine Oase!
Vor dem Hotel gibt es Parkplätze direkt vor - oder gegenüber. Es gibt auch einen sehr grossen gratis Parkplatz 2 Minuten vom Hotel.
Das Hotel hat einen kleinen privaten Park mit sehr alten Bäumen, und mit Liegestühlen direkt vor dem Eingang vom Hotel.
Es gibt einen grossen Speisesaal ( für Frühstück und Halbpensiongäste) und ein “ A la carte “ Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Angeboten. Die Bedienung ist in beiden Lokalen sehr freundlich.
Sehr angenehm fand ich, dass ich sowohl zum “ A la Carte Restaurant” als auch zum angeschlossenen Spa Bereich ( incl. Massage) einen direkten Zugang vom Hotel habe ( im Bademantel, vom Hotel).
Ich schätze das Hotel, weil es ein guter Zwischenstop mit Annehmlichkeiten ist und weil ich mich als Einzelgast sehr wohl fühle.

Cons:

Der Hotel Speisesaal ist recht gross, beim Frühstück wird erwartet, dass du “ an deinem zugewiesenen Tisch” sitzt. Die Halbpension habe ich nicht gewählt, da mir der Saal abends unvorteilhaft beleuchtet erscheint ( indirekte Beleuchtung, Wandleuchter) und die Gäste sehr früh “ abgefertigt” werden ( oder früh ins Bett gehn?)
Die angebotenen Speise- Optionen klangen aber sehr lecker!
Die beiden Aufenthaltsräume, mit historischem Mobiliar, sind nett anzusehen ( sehr stilvoll), aber nicht wirklich einladend, um dort länger zu verweilen. Die Beleuchtung dort ist generell hell, ohne gemütliche “Leseecken”. Die Sessel und Sofas sind auch schön anzusehen, aber wenig einladend. Möglichkeiten, um sich dort einen Tee, oder sonstwas, habe ich nicht gesehn.

Pros:

Uns hat sehr gut gefallen, wie in diesen geschichtsträchtigen Mauern ein Hotel mit Charme entstanden ist. Die gelungene Kombination aus Tradition und Moderne schafft eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die direkte Anbindung an das Thermalbad – ein echter Mehrwert.

Cons:

Leider wurde am Transruinaulta-Wochenende das Frühstück nicht bereits ab 07:00 Uhr angeboten – schade für Frühaufsteher oder Teilnehmer des Events. Der Empfang war zwar freundlich, wirkte jedoch eher distanziert und entsprach nicht ganz dem Niveau der Hotelkategorie.
