Mitten im Herzen Luzern geräumiges Zimmer zu einem fairen Preis.
Pros:

Mitten in der Stadt sehr geräumige Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Je nach Zimmer Sicht auf die Reuss. Es hat einen Wasserkocher und eine Minibar.

Cons:

Zum wiederholten Mal klappte das Check in nicht auf Anhieb. Es kommt dann schon jemand und hilft oder man kann telefonieren. Ich würde es begrüssen wenn der Check in jedes Mal reibungslos klappt. Manchmal kommt man ja auch sehr spät abends an und dann möchte man einfach ins Bett. Dieses Mal hatte ich sehr laute Nachbarn und musste dann um 01.30 Uhr um Ruhe bitten. hier wäre es von Vorteil, eine Hausordnung liegt in jedem Zimmer auf. Es hat Touristen aber auch Geschäftsleute die schlafen wollen.

Een heerlijke stad en een prima plek om te verblijven.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een fantastische locatie. Parkeergarage vlak bij. Fijn met waterkoker en koelkastje op de kamer.

Cons:

Het was wat warm op de kamer en het raam open zorgde voor wat meer geluid vanaf het water.

Great room, but needs luggage storage
Pros:

Location is very central to the bridge, shopping and restaurants. Close enough to walk from train station, although dragging luggage it was a bit difficult over the uneven streets.

The room was huge, the bunk bed mattresses were thick and the bathroom was lovely. I appreciate the vanity area to get ready being away from the shower and toilet (although having a separate room altogether would have been ideal since it’s a family suite and not all family showers in front of each other!)

Cons:

No one answered the buzzer to take our luggage, so we had to pay a service to leave it with them. This significantly increased the cost so something for families to consider.

Muy bien ubicado pero mala experiencia por no haber recibido la clave de acceso
Pros:

la habitación es muy comoda, ubicada a pasos de los puntos más interesantes, un edificio remodelado con bonitá decoración y un baño amplio y completo, el edificio con una vista a patios muy lindos.

Cons:

llegamos al lugar sin wifi, afortunadamente en la puerta estaba el aviso y la clave para uno lograr conecatarse, porque hasta ese momento no habiamos recibido la clave de acceso de la puerta, nos conecatmos con la esperanza que estuviera en el correo y tampoco, escribimos al wtsp que estaba en la puerta para emergencias o necesidades y JAMAS respondieron, hacia frio, luego llegaron dos niñas coreanas y les pasaba lo mismo, todos afura de una puerta viendo que en el wtsp que escribiamos estában en linea y nadie nos atendia, mi esposo hablo con el gerente de un restauramte que habia en el primer piso del edificio, independiente al hotel, se dio cuenta que nos quedariamos ahi por mucho tiempo y ya oscurecia y por una puerta de servicio nos permitio entrar para hacer el selfchec in en una maquina y poder tener acceso a la habitación. Cuando tu viaje es corto, hace frio, llegas ya despues del check in, no quieres que esto pase, la verdad deberia dar una menor calificación, pero los demas servicios no lo merecen, la persona encargada ese dia del wtsp no deberia tener ese cargo de soporte, porque no sirvio en ningún momento.

Amazing location, right in old town Lucerne. The little street it was on was very quiet and cute. There was a bit of an issue with their check-in machine when we got there, but the staff who helped us was very lovely. The beds were very comfy and we had a lovely stay!
