Pros:

They let us check in very early which was so helpful ! It’s a great location very close to all the old town . The room was very spacious clean and nicely updated .

Zentral, stylisch, unkompliziert... fairer Preis.
Pros:

Früher und reibungsloser Self-Check-in. Geräumiges, stilvolles Zimmer. Sauber & ruhig. Tolle Lage. Wir würden das für eine Nacht in Luzern wieder buchen.

Cons:

Es hat einen Wasserkocher, aber keinen Tee. Und gerade bei einem Hotel ohne klar angegliedertes Restaurant wäre es echt das Tüpfelchen aufm i, wenn es eine Nespresso-Maschine und ein paar Kaplseln hätte (und wenn dadurch das Zimmer halt 5 Franken teurer wäre). Auch vermisst man eine klare Information, wo man z.B. ein Frühstück einnehmen könnte. Ist das in der Taube? Es hat Hinweise auf einige Restaurants des eigenen Mutterhauses (aber eher für Abendessen). Wir fanden dann aber problemlos ein kleines Bistro in 100m Entfernung (siehe Foto). Ausserdem hatte das Kopfkissen viel zu wenig Stützkraft!

Poor customer service, dodgy hotel

Self check-in was not working, and poor response from the staff in dealing with this issue. We were left with no key card until next evening! The staff rang for more payment even though i have settled the bill. There was no response from the staff after i took my time to explain to them the payment i have made. They are unprofessional and rude to the customer! What kind of 'hotel' is this! They should turn up and talk to us to clarify things!

Grosszügig, sauber und ruhig in perfekter Lage

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr grosszügig geschnitten, ruhig und absolit sauber. Die Matratze war hervorragend und wir haben super geschlafen und die Lage war 1A

Cons:

Das TV Gerät ist sehr raumeinnehmend. Leider hat es überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Zudem gab es an einer Seite des Bettes eine Nachttischleuchte, die defekt war - es lag nicht an der Glühbirne, das haben wir ausprobiert. Bei 1 Nacht schade, da einer von uns so nicht lesen konnte, aber eben, da nur 1 Nacht, war das kein Weltuntergang. Das Raumspray war für unseren Geschmack etwas zu intensive.

Perfect for a short stay in Luzern, especially for Fasnacht!
Pros:

This hotel was so centrally located for access to the train station, the old town, great restaurants/cafes and local attractions. It was spacious and comfortable.
Self check in was a novelty but worked well.

Cons:

The chairs and floors could use a clean.
Some coffee cups and maybe tea and coffee would go nicely with the kettle.
