Pros:

地點就在湖邊巷內，距離Chapel Bridge和Spreuer Bridge都很近，過個橋就是老城區了！且距離Luzern車站推行李大約15分鐘以內，都還算好走，附近很多餐廳選擇，非常方便！

Truly an ideal small and restful hotel for Lucerne, updated accomodation at a good price . We will definitely be back.
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable beds and an excellent location, right in the middle of all the Old Town charm yet tucked away on a small, very quiet street. Perfect combination.

Cons:

We had no complaints, our stay was comfortable and although there is no staff on site any questions were promptly answered before and throughout our time there.

Good Location
Pros:

The location is prime, very central! The house keeping staff were very lovely!

Cons:

Probably being a travel princess here but the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable, the pillows are feather and not good for support. There were no coffee sachets etc provided in the room. The bathroom door is fogged glass so not good for privacy, and no aircon just a fan so the room gets very stuffy

自行checkin操作尚算方便易明，房間在4樓，8月上旬入住，晚上非常非常熱，但房間卻沒有冷氣，只有兩個風扇，已開窗，室外明明是涼的，但不知是否因為頂樓的關係，房間內依然熱得徹夜難眠，夏天不建議入住

在退房當天，我們早上寄存行李，遊玩後預留了30分鐘來取行李再步行到車站，然而，我們找遍了整幢樓，都沒有員工應答，即使按鈴了也沒用，我們從一樓找到四樓，也有大叫，卻完全沒人應答，最終等了15分鐘，才有一個員工從暗門出來，我不理解為何她一直不出現，可能在戴了耳機？結果我們因此而錯過了火車，非常非常生氣，入住的話要謹慎考慮。

Pros:

La posizione è senz'altro il punto di forza di questo alloggio. Il self check in è stato comodo.
Noi avevamo una stanza mansardata al 4 piano.. (non così comoda la parte mansardata) con vista laterale sul fiume! La stanza ha la doccia e il lavandino in camera e il wc separato.

Cons:

La parte mansardata non è comoda e avrei preferito la doccia separata dalla stanza da letto.
