Pros:

The location was perfect. close to the train station, river and shops. The self check in was easy and we were able to store our bags before check in. rooms were spacious and beds were really comfortable.

Fantastic location for the old town and easy to find from the train station.
Excellent communication prior to arrival and an easy check in process

Good basic hotel room in a good location.
Pros:

Good room with a nice view from the window. Staff were very helpful when we couldn't get the self-checkin to work as planned.

Cons:

The room was a bit odd with a hard synthetic type of floor covering and shower in the room rather than a seperate bathroom.

Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. The location was exceptional. We found our way easily to downtown and the Chapel bridge. We were close to great restaurants and attractions we really loved the place

位於市區，巷子另一端的鴿子餐廳（Wirtshaus Taube Luzern）值得一試，房內空間夠大，離火車站近，價格非常合理

Cons:

自助入住這次沒有提早拿到入住密碼，這次和兩位墨西哥旅客被關在外面（我們等了至少半小時），從早上就試圖由booking的訊息聯繫但完全沒有回覆，我們是從其他評論得知寄放行李是去巷子另一端的餐廳員工協助，才找到人幫忙開門，飯店回覆說沒有其他人負責後台管理，要注意有沒有提早拿到入住資訊

Perfect hotel
Pros:

Beautiful and very spacious room. Location absolutely spot on, so close to everything but in a quiet spot. Our first experience in self check ✔️ in and it was a breeze. Highly recommend and when we will be back in Lucerne I would love to stay again.

Perfect location, really nice room, large and clean, nice bathroom and so quiet!
Pros:

The location is perfect and the property is pretty nice! The room is large and so confortable! My parents and I loved staying there! The self-check in worked well, we didn´t have problems in any way. It was everything perfect!

Cons:

Nothing to say! They reply when we needed and staff was so helpfull! We could leave our luggage earlier to go for a walk before check-in time avaible. Kind staff!

Funky and central
Pros:

The decoration and layout were very nice. There is a small fridge and catlle ( maybe add a coffeemaker?)
the beds are good.
the ubicacion is excelent.

Cons:

The cushens are horrible. The lightning was funny, or bright bright or nearly dark. The bunkbed moved, if 1 person turned over, the other was awake.
