Clean close to everything

There is no front desk or lobby at this property but there is a staff member you can contact on site and leave your luggage if you arrive prior to check-in and find your room still unavailable.

Our rom was fair size and generally comfortable, a bit more boutique than functional. Bed was comfy, there was a small wall table and chair, safe, spacious bathroom and ok space to hang clothing items and left luggage bags. Shower worked great. TV Streaming through your own devices possible. Wifi worked fine throughout our stay.

Note, there is no A/C, unfortunately, our higher level room took in a lot of sunlight during the hot summer days when we were there. By mid afternoons, it became brutally hot even when using the heavy curtains to block out the light. Room included a spinning floor fan to help keep room temps reasonable. P

Otele girişte self-check-in yapmanız gerekiyor. Dil bilmiyorsanız burada zorlanabilirsiniz. Ben destek almak için oteli aradım ve bir şekilde hallettim, ancak giriş süreci bana çok kolay gelmedi. Diğer bazı otellerde kapı şifresi SMS ile geliyor ve o şifreyle rahatça giriş yapılabiliyor. Bu otelde ise odaya giriş biraz daha zahmetliydi.
Genel olarak, klima dışında kalan sorunları bir şekilde çözdük ve konaklamamızı tamamladık.

The hotel’s location was excellent. It was right in the city center, and getting around was very easy.
However, the hotel did not have a proper air-conditioning system. Instead, there was a standing, UFO-style unit. It was very noisy at night and not powerful enough to cool the room properly. In the middle of summer, we had a bit of trouble sleeping because of the heat.
Apart from the air conditioning, nothing else really bothered us. The sockets were designed only for CH standards, so there were no compatible outlets for other European plugs, which is something to keep in mind.
Another issue was that the toilet and the hand-washing sink were not in the same area. After using the toilet, you had to leave the bathroom and go into the room to wash your hands, which I personally do not think is a very hygienic setup.

The location is fantastic and there is a parking garage just a 2 minute walk away. The room was comfortable and there is an elevator if needed.

Very close to all attractions - we walked everywhere.
Clean room and they come in daily to refresh.
The cleaning lady was super helpful on arrival even though we couldn’t speak Swiss - she has clearly helped people before!

Völlig unkomplizierte Buchung, Check in und Check out. Es war super sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Mitten in der Altstadt, aber ruhig in einer Seitengasse. Man hört nur im Hintergrund das Rauschen der Reuss.
