Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal freundlich, die Lage top.

Cons:

Preis, Leistung ist unstimmig. Gewisse praktische Logiken wie zBsp. im Winter eine Fussmatte für nasse Schuhe oder den Duschvorhang nicht 20cm in die Badewanne hängen zu lassen fehlten komplett. Dafür war der Preis von 335.-/Nacht für einen Vater mit zwei Kindern komplett überrissen. Das Zimmer hatte zudem einen Wasserschaden im Bad. Bei der Meldung bedankte man sich dafür, sagte man wisse das schon und dass man bewusst auf einen Handwerker verzichtet hatte, damit die Nutzung gewährleistet werden konnte. Kein entgegenkommen.

Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut und reichhaltig, für jeden Geschmack und Bedürfnis bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer (Nr. 24) mit Aussicht sowohl auf den Obersee als auch die Seepromenade: einzigartig und wunderschön. Das Personal (Rezeption, Service im Restaurant, Frühstücksempfang, Reinigung) ausnahmslos sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, gibt wertvolle Informationen über Arosa, mögliche Aktivitäten und das Hotel. Nachtessen war auch sehr lecker. Absolut top - vielen Dank.

Cons:

Bei unserer Einfahrt in Arosa haben wir das Hotel erst verpasst, da wir die Beschilderung nicht gesehen haben. Nach der Runde um den See (sehr schön!) sah man es dann gut, wenn man von oben her kommt. War aber eventuell unser Fehler.

Personal war super freundlich! Alles Tip Top. Schöne Zimmer, sauber, Zentral. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Frühstück war Top, freundlicher Service. Bar unterhalb des Hotelt war ebenfalls der Hammer aufgestelltes Personal, leckere Snacks.

Positiv überrascht von einem "Provisorium13" Die Philosophie mit dem humorvollen Namen ist Klasse.

Freundliches Hotel, aber überteuert
Pros:

Das Frühstück und die freundlichen Damen an der Rezeption und im Service.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr eng, kaum Platz, etwas abzulegen. Mini Bad. Die Beleuchtung ist so schwach, dass man sein Buch nicht lesen kann. Ich habe freundlicherweise eine zusätzliche Leselampe bekommen.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel den Preis nicht wert.
