Fantastic, I will come again definitely !!!!!
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay.

The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was well taken care of. We didn’t experience a single inconvenience during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was also excellent.

The highlight, however, was the terrace. We stayed in Room 101, and the view from the terrace was simply breathtaking. From Eiger all the way to Mättenberg, there was nothing blocking the view. We could clearly see the glacier and the mountain peaks, and the scenery was absolutely spectacular. It was one of the most stunning views we’ve ever had from a hotel room.

If we ever come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Location was incredible... it is the 2nd to last hotel before the road dead-end. There were cows feeding on pasture across the street. Very pastoral feel, quiet without the hustle and bustle of main street grindelwald. Rooms are small, but clean. Kinda like staying at grandma's house. The breakfast is simple (fresh bread, jam, butter, cold cereal, yogurt, 2 or 3 cold meats and some cheese. The owner is the main person you meet. She is nice, but very straight forward. She was basically telling us what to do, kinda funny. 3 or 4 great hiking trails right outside the door. The village is about 1 mile away. Would definitely go again. Views were amazing. Photo was taken from our balcony.

Cons:

The peace and quite does come at a cost. The last bus from the village is 6:47pm, so you need to eat a little early in order to catch that bus. We didnt eat at the restaurant at the hotel, but one guy we talked to that did didnt like it. Didn't have AC, but even the high end hotels dont.

Pärchen mit Hund - schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Der Ausblick ist einfach grandios! Das Restaurant ist auch super lecker. Das Personal war freundlich und sehr hundelieb.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber absolut sauber.

Pros:

-Kleinschalige opzet waardoor veel persoonlijke aandacht
-Super locatie, net buiten de drukte van het centrum maar goed bereikbaar en prachtig uitzicht voor- en achterkant

Cons:

Het is iets gedateerd, maar dat heeft ook weer zijn charme.

Sehr geeignet für unsere knappe Woche in Grindelwald, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das hervorragende Essen im Restaurant, die tolle Lage, die Ausrichtung des großen Zimmers mit großer Terrasse, der Parkplatz.

Cons:

Es war sauber und ordentlich, hier und da würde „ein bisschen Farbe“ den Eindruck noch verbessern.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, hvis man ønsker ro. Sødt værtspar og morgenmadsdame. Stort rum med plads. Fantastisk udsigt. God morgenmad med hjemmelavet syltetøj. Rigtig god schnitzel i restauranten

Der manglede noget te/kaffe på værelset, selvom der var rigelig plads til det. Der var myrer på værelset. Den første aften vi overnattede spiste vi i restauranten og blev mødt af en sur servitrice (hun virkede i hvert fald rigtig sur), hvilket var en dårlig oplevelse.
