Our favorite place to stay in the area.
Pros:

Great location. Central to everything. It’s also tucked away in a small town and gives a great local vibe. The rooms are generous and comfortable.

An excellent Hotel with great and helpful staff.
Pros:

Althought a little on the small side, our room had all the facilities one would expect.
It was kept immaculately clean and the view from our pacticular room had a spectacular view of the mountains.
The staff, and especially Nicole, were excellent and ever so friendly.
We opted for the breakfast option on booking and this proved an excellent decision as all the various choices were catered for. (NOTE: booking.com omitted breakfast on rebooking, but thanks to Nicole, this was re-instated).

Cons:

The messing about from various staff from booking.com when trying to change our visit dates due to illness! This was stressful & appalling, but thankfully sorted out by Nicole prior to our arrival.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Good location once I figured out the streets. Only a 10-15 min walk to either train station
The property had a real Swiss feel. Loved the breakfast and staff were excellent

Cons:

Getting in and out of the bath for a shower was a little dicey. No non slip mat or wall handle
