Cosy and welcoming Swiss chalet with all modern comforts
Pros:

Cosy and welcoming traditional Swiss chalet, with all mod cons: air con, decent hair dryer, fridge / mini bar. We booked a triple room for two, and the extra space was great. Good-sized wardrobe, table with storage, and another table to sit in the evenings / play games etc. All spotlessly clean. Great breakfasts and dinners, staff friendly and knowledgeable, bus stops right outside. The hotel card gives you free bus travel around Interlaken.

Cons:

Nothing. It was perfect!

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel très charmant et bien situé
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à l'hôtel ! L'établissement a beaucoup de charme avec son ambiance châlet et le parking gratuit était très pratique pour se garer à Interlaken. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région, nous avons pu rayonner facilement jusqu'à Lauterbrunnen et Oeschinensee, tout en découvrant les nombreux points d'intérêt autour des deux lacs. La réceptionniste était très sympathique et nous a donné de bons conseil ! D'ailleurs, avec notre séjour nous avons eu une carte de tourisme donnant accès aux transports en commun ainsi que de nombreuses réductions, ce qui était très appréciable.

Notre chambre était très spacieuse avec 2 lits simple côte à côte et 1 lit simple séparé, et une grande table ainsi qu'un petit bureau avec TV et climatisation.

Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, tout frais avec des produits de la région, mention spéciale au rosti qui était excellent. Nous avons par ailleurs dîné un soir au restaurant et tout était très bon à un prix très correct pour la région, le tout avec un service très aimable.

Nous reviendrons !

Ce ne sont que des remarques mineures car dans l'ensemble nous sommes ravis de notre séjour:

Dans notre chambre la climatisation était en face du lit ce qui n'est pas idéal, mais au final nous avons dormi avec les fenêtres ouvertes et elles étaient pourvues de moustiquaires, donc ce n'était pas vraiment un problème.

La baignoire de la salle de bain peut être un peu difficile à enjamber pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur pour monter aux chambres même si ce n'est qu'un étage, à avoir en tête si vous venez avec des grosses valises

Pros:

Hotel lindo, confortável, quarto bastante limpo, tamanho ok, chuveiro bom, camas e roupa de cama confortáveis. Ar condicionado (um pouco fraco), mas suficiente pras noites frescas do verão. A localização é boa, é perto do centro a uma pequena caminhada, mas para as estações de trem tem que pegar o ônibus. O restaurante do hotel é ótimo! Almoçamos e jantamos lá e as duas ocasiões foram muito boas.

Cons:

Pra mim não fez tanta diferença, mas não é um hotel acessível. Não tem elevador, as escadas pros quartos são bastante estreitas e não tem ninguém para ajudar com as malas.

Pros:

Really nice Hotel with wonderful staff and receptionist. She also gave us the discount travel card and recommended many wonderful places around Interlaken.

Cons:

Really want vintage building, if you are over six foot, Please mind the the head as ceilings are bit low.

Great place, wonderful owner and wonderful staff.
Pros:

The owner and staff there are the best. They were kind and considerate. Always fun to talk to as well. They treated my 6-year-old so well. It really felt like a family establishment while being super professional.

Cerca de la estación de tren a pie , sin estar en el medio del caos de gente . La habitación era grande y espaciosa. El desayuno muy completo y todo riquísimo.

Nice location but the facilities were underwhelming
Pros:

Location was good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a meal in the restaurant the first night of our stay and it was ok but didn’t shine enough to get us back again.

Cons:

There was a horrible smell every time you walked into the room. The bedding wasn’t comfortable and our door opened at night by itself which the staff did rectify quickly. Also narrow staircases with large suitcases can present some challenges
