A cozy and authentic Swiss hotel with excellent service—I would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Charming Swiss-style hotel with a warm atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient, with easy access to Interlaken and nearby attractions.

Cons:

Nothing significant. Everything met my expectations.

Heel fijn hotel
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer, goede bedden, prima ontbijt, kamerramen waren zeer geluiddempend en kamer had Airco. Ruime badkamer. Een minibar met frisdrank en sterke drank en wat chips en repen tegen betaling. Er kon beneden gebruik gemaakt worden van een magnetron, servies en bestek voor bv avondeten. Gratis thee, pinda's en snoepjes. Op loopafstand van de binnenstad ongeveer 10 minuten. Bushaltes diverse lijnen 2 minuten. Er was ook een restaurant maar daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt.

Cons:

Plafond erg laag 1,93 ikzelf ben 1.89. Deurposten waren maar 1.85 dus dat was oppassen. Douchen in bad met mijn lengte stijf met je hoofd tegen het plafond dus.

Pros:

Hotel acogedor, muy limpio y personal muy amable. La habitación para 4 era como un pequeño apartamento muy confortable. Y el desayuno muy bien, muy surtido y muy rico. Estancia de 10 la verdad.

Peaceful and comfortable stay
Pros:

I absolutely loved my stay here. My room had stunning views and everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, so delicious and so much to chose from in a lovely setting. The whole place had amazing hygiene standards also. I had great experiences with all the staff too, everyone was really friendly. Would love to come back to Interlaken again and 100% would stay here again.

Cons:

I have nothing bad to say :)

Beautiful building, good location, great breakfast!
Pros:

Great breakfast! Friendly, helpful staff - family run ; felt homey.
Walkable to Harder Klum funicular and river ~15 mins, bus stops less than a block to/from train stations. Great location. Able to do laundry 😀

歴史を感じるお宿
Pros:

駐車場が併設されて美味しいレストランも施設内にあり快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

Cons:

駅まで徒歩で20分程あり、年配者には少し大変だったけど駅前に駐車場があるのでなんとかなりました。

Beautiful Switzerland. Amazing hotel with views of Jungfrau and Harder Kulm. Would absolutely return
Pros:

Lovely spacious room. Really quite comfortable close to many amenities- great selection for breakfast. Loved it. 100% would stay again

Cons:

Kettle in room:) one is available in restaurant at all times that said.

Not what we expected
Pros:

Breakfast was plenty and very good. Loved the various fresh bakeries.

The airconditioning in the room was a good idea considering the end of june heat.

Cons:

Our room (16) was above the kitchen, so we smelled the entire daily menu.
View to a small back garden, neigbours balconies and windows, some tortoise.....not what we expected.
Be aware from a very low ceiling: we are small, just around 163-165cm and my palm could touch the ceiling. Was a bit claustophobic but the end of the day we used to it.
Nothing in the minibar or the "wellcome" goodies were free. We came from Scotland, where hotels similar to this offer you an arseanal of biscuits, tea and coffe for free. Anyway, it is what it is.
We didnt spent too much time in the room, we came for the outdoor and that was well worth it!

Charming Hotel in Interlaken
Pros:

The hotel was charming, the room and beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room also had A/C which we needed because of the heat wave when we were there. Breakfast was fantastic. So many choices of food and drink items. All very fresh. There were many restaurants to choose from nearby.

Cons:

The area where the hotel was located was a bit away from the tourist area and was quiet. However, it was a bit of a walk to catch the train to Lauterbrunnen or to the center of town for shopping.
