Queremos quedarnos en este alojamiento por siempre!
Pros:

El mejor hotel en el que hemos estado. Reservamos habitación triple, nos sentimos como en casa, buen espacio, tranquilidad. La recepcionista súper amable, toda la limpieza del lugar, desayuno abundante, café bar 24hrs con snacks típicos y marcas suizas. Nos permitieron hacer el check in temprano, siempre respondieron rápido los mensajes y no me canso de repetir que el desayuno buffet es magnífico.

Location was a short walk out of town which suited my partner and I perfectly. Historic old building. Amazing reception staff. Warm and inviting.

Cons:

Pillows were terrible and impacted our ability to sleep.

Great stay in a traditional Swiss hotel
Pros:

It is a historic place with great Swiss architectue, old wooden beams, etc. and lots of Swiss charm. But, the room had an up to date bathroom, great water pressure, comfy beds, plenty of storage. The breakfast each morning was everything you could want - including a fancy coffee machine. The best part is the restaurant in the basement. We went one evening just because it was convenient and we were a bit tired, but it was the best meal we experienced in Switzerland. Great food, top notch service. Location-wise it is off the main strip - which was fine for us. It is maybe a 15-20 minute stroll to Interlaaken Ost.

Pros:

Schönes altes Haus, saubere Zimmer inkl. Kühlschrank und Safe, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn die 6 Konfitüren beim Frühstück (ich vermute selbstgemacht) angeschrieben gewesen wären. So wussten wir nicht was es ist.

Lovely accommodation in Interlaken
Pros:

A lovely authentic Swiss hotel. Lovely atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Food very good. A 12 minute walk from train station, or a few minutes be bus. Bus stop beside hotel.

Located in excellent locality
Pros:

Great views, Easy access to public transport, near to activities, good breakfast, working AC as it was 29 outside and welcoming staff

Cons:

It lack amenities like electric kettle, ceiling was too low for 6.1 feet height, so be careful if you are 6.2

Pros:

The whole stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The hotel itself is so picturesque, i took a lot of pictures of it. The room is quite big and clean. Very cozy.

Loved my stay!
Pros:

I loved my stay at Restaurant Hirschen! As a solo female traveler it was the perfect place to stay and explore the surrounding region. It’s only about a 5 minute walking into the heart of town, or there’s a bus stop across the road which connects you to Interlaken West station. The area was incredibly quiet and peaceful.
The breakfast was amazing - so many options and the food was delicious. The single room was bigger than I expected and had so much natural light. The staff were friendly and there was just such a cosy vibe to the place. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The bed and pillows weren’t the best
