Très agréable expérience, à renouveler !
Pros:

Accueil chaleureux, hôtel pittoresque dans une demeure historique, emplacement central avec parking pour l’hôtel, chambre agréable et confortable.
Nous avons apprécié le repas du soir au restaurant de l’hôtel, au matin petit déjeuner varié et copieux.

Cons:

Le restaurant propose des mets de viande sur ardoise et comme assez fréquemment, la ventilation n’est pas suffisante pour limiter les effluves de la grillade en intérieur.

Buenas instalaciones, las habitaciones muy cómodas. El restaurante ofrece buenas opciones. La atención de la recepción fue muy buena aunque no tanto la de algunos camareros.

Bien pour une nuit , entre 3 routes et lumière intempestive de la sdb par porte transparente

Belle bâtisse , bon restaurant ,

Cons:

La porte de douche et wc est transparente et donc éclaire la chambre si on l’utilise pendant la nuit !

Zimmer Top ausgestettet und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Frühstück erst ab 07:00 Uhr. Für mich als Geschäftsreisenden sehr unbefridigend. Frühstück ab 06:00 Uhr wäre besser.
Rechnung bei Check Out habe ich erst nach 2 facher Aufforderung bekommen. 1 x telefonisch und 1 x Mail.
Die Rechnung sollte automatisch erstellt werden oder direkt beim Check Out. Leider ist die Rezeption um 06:15 Uhr noch nicht besetzt. Das ist schlecht.

Cozy romantic stay in the middle of Interlaken.
Pros:

The rooms are cozy and unique with the older style building. The staff did an excellent job of taking care of any needs we had, including storing skis in a separate area to save us room in our room. Thr attached restaurant also has a good selection of very good food. The property is located easy walking distance to everything in the area as well as located on several bus routes. We received free local bus route pass as well to reach the further out locations.
