I really enjoyed my stay in many ways.
Pros:

The reception was excellent, the staff were warm, welcoming and very attentive throughout. The hotel itself is beautiful, well organised and spotlessly clean. I was also really pleased with how convenient it was to charge my car on site, this was a great touch that I'd love to see expanded with more charging points in the future

Cons:

The rooms are very noisy and lack proper sound insulation. I could clearly hear my neighbour moving around and walking throughout the night, and I could even make out their phone conversations through the wall. This made it difficult to rest and left me a bit frustrated, as I had expected a quieter stay. The poor soundproofing is something the hotel should really look into, as it has a real impact on the guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

Pros:

Wir wohnten im Haupthaus mit Seeblick und Terrasse oberhalb des Restaurants. Besser kann man aus unserer Sicht in Interlaken oder Umgebung nicht wohnen, falls man gerne am Wasser ist, schwimmt oder einfach nur drauf schaut.

A truly relaxing and beautiful place.
Pros:

I absolutely loved the atmosphere of this place. There is so much to do, and it is located right by a beautiful lake with breathtaking views. The scenery is stunning, and the people were very friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back.

Perfect location to relax. Fan a great asset in the heat. Private beach and sun loungers and umbrellas super.
Room was spacious, bed comfortable and restaurant for breakfast was good

Cons:

Be nice if the hotel supplied an iron on request, and shame room didn't have a small fridge. Parking was difficult when area busy

Voltando a Interlaken, me hospedarei novamente aqui.
Pros:

A localizacao é excelente. Na beira do Lago e a 50 metros do ponto de onibus que em 5 minutos nos deixa no centro de Interlaken na Estação Interlaken West. Os quartos são amplos, com varanda e todas as amenidades. A Equipe é muito profissional e atenciosa. O cafe da manha é sensacional e na beira do lago.

Cons:

Falta um ar condicionado para os dias de muito calor.

Beautiful location!
Pros:

Beautiful setting, lots to do. Was clean and cute. Breakfast was good. They upgraded us to a room with a view which was very pretty.

Cons:

It was very hot. They have no A/C which is ok but we very much would have appreciated more robust fans and more of them.

Relaxing on the lake.
Pros:

Rooms were nice, beds were very comfortable, the staff were excellent!
They let us use the facilities for the remainder of the day after checkout.
It was nice to be away from the town and all the mobs of people.
The beach is not private but shared w paying public.
Breakfast was just ok, buffet style.
Bar and restaurant food on the premises was good.
It was fun the kayak on the lake. Kayaking and other water sports are additional.

Es gibt kein Fahrstuhl, Koffer müssten Treppen hoch getragen werden, wir hatten Zimmer unter dem Dach, das ist echt Auftrag 😂
