Pros:

Strávili jsme 5 dní ve Family suite. Pokoje byly čisté, prakticky vybavené. Nebyla tam klimatizace a byla trochu zhoršená možnost vyvětrání, byly ale k dispozici 2 větráky, které to kompenzovaly. Není to extra útulný luxus, ale ubytování je čisté, funkční a v pohodě. Plus si zaslouží bohatá snídaně s krásným výhledem na jezero. Velmi pěkná venkovní zóna s lehátky pro relaxaci. Výborná klidná poloha přímo u jezera (pláž, přívoz, cyklostezka).

Lack of cold drinking water 🚰
Pros:

Location, facilities, fair breakfast, this is my second time. Family friendly ❤️

Cons:

To be honest, there is one major issue that really needs to be addressed: the lack of cold drinking water.

If you run out of bottled water, the staff’s solution is to tell you to fill your bottle from the toilet area. This is simply not acceptable for a good hotel and good sport facility. Come on guys this Swiss,water is free especially during this hot wave 👋

The hotel itself has good aspects, but this issue seriously affects the overall experience and should be improved.

Super locatie met een fantastisch buitenveld voor de kinderen en ligstoelen voor volwassenen.
Pros:

Bij het hotel was een geweldig groot grasveld waar de kinderen lekker konden spelen. Locatie is rustig en ligt mooi voor vele bezienswaardigheden. En met mooi weer kan je zo met meer in duiken.

Cons:

De hotelkamer viel qua grootte iets tegen. Iets kleiner dan verwacht. Daarbij was het derde bed een bedbank, dat lag minder comfortabel.

Die Lage ist super, mit dem Bus ist man in 13 Minuten in Interlaken Ost. Die Betten waren bequem und das Frühstück vielfältig und lecker.

Fijne verblijf op een mooie locatie
Pros:

Het hotel is schoon en goed verzorgd. Het personeel is aardig en behulpzaam. De locatie zelf is erg mooi en in de warme maanden is het bijhorende strand zeker de moeite waard om te bezoeken om een duik in het water te nemen (het water is zelf in de zomer wel koud). Het is er ondanks de drukte ook lekker rustig.

Cons:

Wij waren er tijdens een zeer warme week waar de temperatuur boven de 30 graden bleef. Het hotel heeft geen airco dus het was voor ons moeilijk slapen in de hitte. De bedden zijn voor de lange mensen onder ons een beetje aan de korte kant.

Pros:

Lage direkt am See mit eigenem Strand. Verkehrsmässig mit Auto günstig . Schiffsanlegestelle direkt vor Ort. Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Personal sehr freundlich bis auf eine Ausnahme, ein Junge Dame im Restaurantbereich. Saisonbedingt Strand und Seebereich furchtbar überfüllt

Perfect location and good hotel if not expecting luxury.
Pros:

Great location and good breakfast and restaurant. Loved the free ferry and bus which stopped right outside. One fan provided.

Cons:

Only one flat pillow each. No safe in room was annoying although you could leave valuables at reception. Hotel not to blame but couple of spiders in the room but we had bug spray provided.

Pros:

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the lake, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim. With the guest card, you can also take the ferry to the town, which is a fun and memorable experience.

Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food. The breakfast room overlooking the lake made every morning especially enjoyable.

Cons:

Despite its many advantages, we were unfortunately disappointed with the room itself. This was the most expensive hotel of our trip around Switzerland, yet it ended up being our least favorite. We understand that the location may influence the price, but in our opinion, the value for money simply wasn't there.

Our family room was located on the basement level from one side of the building and at ground level from the other. When we entered, the room had a strong musty smell and felt extremely damp, even though a dehumidifier was running. Keeping the windows closed was simply not an option, especially at night. We had to sleep with the windows fully open and the fans running, as opening the windows in the tilt position did not provide enough ventilation.

The bathroom was another major drawback. There was no exhaust fan, making it impossible to ventilate after showers. For a family of four, the humidity quickly became overwhelming. We suspect that either the bathroom moisture spread into the room or that the room's semi-basement location contributed to the high humidity.

Sound insulation was also an issue. We could clearly hear water running through the pipes inside the wall next to the bed whenever guests in the neighboring room used the shower. We have never experienced anything like this before.

One more surprise was that the hotel's private beach area appeared to require an additional fee. We may have misunderstood the policy, but there were signs explaining where and how to pay. Fortunately, there is a beautiful public beach just a short walk away.

That said, we have absolutely no complaints about the hotel staff, the restaurant, or the housekeeping service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay.

Pros:

L'emplacement exceptionnel au bord du lac, la chambre avec terrasse très confortable et bien décorée, le petit déjeuner complet et bon que l'on peut prendre les pieds dans l'eau, le personnel attentif à notre bien-être qui nous a donné quelques idées d'activités. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis privilégiés.

Le monde devant l'hôtel le dimanche après-midi, jour à éviter en été. .
