Joli endroit mais un peu trop rustique. Bon petit déjeuner.

Le couchage n était pas ce que je voulais.

Die Schweiz hat eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Jedoch ist dort alles sehr teuer
Pros:

Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich. Beim Frühstücksbuffet war für jeden etwas dabei und es wurde auch immer gleich wieder aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Es gab leider einige Gäste die keinen Anstand hatten. Hier wurde das Essen einfach auf den Boden geworfen und liegen gelassen

Pros:

The location is unmatched, even if you do not leave the hotel you have the best views of Interlaken.

Cons:

Couple of things:
The towels in the room were clean but had completely lost their color and they were pretty worn out.
The door handle of the bathroom came off although it was fixed after reporting.
If you are planning to commute using busses to and fro the city/ train station please keep in mind you have only 1 bus option which runs once every hour and it gets crowded. Till mid April the last bus is around 7 pm, so you may have to walk the entire or some part of the distance if you miss the last bus.
The area around the hotel does not have much in terms of shops, supermarkets etc.

الاطلالة جميلة جداً
موظفة الاستقبال كانت في غاية الاحترام واللطف
ايضاً وضعوا تعليمات بلغات مختلفة من ضمنها لغتنا

Emplacement et cadre incroyable sur le lac
Pros:

Emplacement incroyable, au bord du lac. Une aire de jeu pour les enfants est à disposition avec ballons, raquettes et balles de ping pong, balançoire. Le jardin est aménagé avec des fauteuils et tables. Le cadre est calme et relaxant. Idéal avec des enfants dans les chambres familiales. Très bon petit déjeuner, copieux et varié (viennoiseries, pains, brioches, pancakes, salé et fruits).
À proximité de lieux touristiques incroyables.

Cons:

Chambres plutôt peu insonorisées surtout avec des enfants. Nous avons entendus les réveils et les enfants qui étaient dans les chambres voisines tout comme eux ont dû entendre nos enfants. Mais cela ne remet pas en cause la qualité des prestations présentes dans cet établissement et les enfants et nous-mêmes avons passé un super séjour, nous reviendrons !

Comfy stay in a lovely setting
Pros:

Great to have two separate sleeping spaces
Nice breakfast
Bus stop right outside to go to train station/city centre
Lovely setting by the lake with nice views of the Alps
Helpful and pleasant staff
We were kindly allowed a late checkout making our last day more convenient ahead of travel back

Cons:

Not about the property but the bus frequency is only hourly
Would have preferred not to have disposable cups and plastic glasses in the room
Would have preferred a shower area rather than the small tub

Pros:

The location was beautiful and we had a great view. The staff was nice.

Cons:

People in other rooms were loud. No elevator made it difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs. It want s big deal, but I couldn't figure out how to use the hairdryer.
