A beautiful waterside location…
Pros:

A beautiful waterside location… a mix of the traditional and modern buildings.
Plenty of parking available, appears to be monitored at entrance.
The Restaurant is spacious, light and airy with outdoor seating available.
Outdoor bar and snack area is great and less formal… pretty at night with the coloured lights.
Staff very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We stayed in the Traditional building- no lifts available (a struggle with luggage).
The room was old in style/ somewhat dated and dingy, compared to a a party member with a modern room.
Our stay was during a very hot summer… fans were provided but air conditioning would have been the ideal.

Emplacement magnifique avec le lac juste devant la porte, un parking privé et un terrain de jeux

Cons:

L'hôtel n'est pas bien isolé par rapport du son. Nous avons eu de la lumière/espace au tour de la porte et ont entendu chaque entrée/sortie des voisins. Ça a beaucoup dérangé pour dormir mais parce que l'hôtel était plein, pas de changement possible. Dommage!

Me sorprendió gratamente. El desayuno inmejorable, la ubicación muy buena a 5 min del centro en coche y lo mejor el acceso al lago con césped y hamacas para disfrutar en días de calor. Personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo.

Auch der bisher dritte Aufenthalt in dem Hotel war sehr schön.
Pros:

Sehr umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstück.
Die Lage des Hotelsist durch die Seenähe sehr schön. Am Hotel ist direkt ein Anlegesteg der ThunerSee Schifffahrt.
Das Zimmer ist sauber, aber relativ einfach ausgestattet.

Cons:

Insgesamt hätte es etwas ruhiger sein können. Aber es war noch nicht störend Laut.
Im Zimmer könnten zwei Steckdosen mehr installiert sein.
Der Fön im Bad ist relativ leistungsschwach.

Pros:

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πανέμορφο τοπίο, καθαρό ξενοδοχείο, εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό όλο το προσωπικό και το κερασάκι στην τούρτα ήταν το πρωινό που ήταν από τα καλύτερα που έχουμε φάει σε ξενοδοχεία! Μπράβο και μακάρι να μπορέσουμε να έρθουμε και πάλι!

Bien placé, mais bien trop cher pour la prestation.
Pros:

L'établissement est propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et la proximité du lac de Thoune est agréable.

Cons:

Toutes les photos publicitaires laissent croire que l'on sera logé dans le bâtiment historique qui donne directement sur le lac: cela n'est pas le cas et pour, 500€ la nuit, vous séjournerez dans une chambre non climatisée dans le sous-sol d'un motel sur le parking et vous aurez le droit de prendre le pauvre petit déjeuner (produits très bas de gamme) dans le beau bâtiment, à la condition d'avoir enfiler un vêtement de pluie s'il pleut... A noter également qu'il est préférable d'éviter les voitures électriques, l'hôtel ne dispose que deux bornes (dont une en panne).
