Although our daughter went ill; we had a wonderful stay and a kaiserwetter ski week. We come back!
Pros:

We had a fantastic week in this restyled modern family runned hotel. The service and hospitality is great and warming. We had the suites who are spacious and with balcony. The breakfast is complete and fresh aerved. Only a few meters away from Schmugglers Alm where the downhill skirun 80 ends..

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft.

Tolle Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, gutes Restaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung.
Würde dieses Hotel wieder wählen und kann es wirklich weiter empfehlen.

Erholsame Nacht in Samnaun
Pros:

Wirklich schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Garage für das Motorrad, gute und ruhige Lage, Spa mit Saunas, Dampfbad und Wasserbetten (aber leider kein Pool oder Aussenbereich zum Abkühlen - daher ein Punkt weniger bei Ausstattung)

Freundlich, hilfsbereit - gute Atmosphäre

Das Personal war sehr freundlich immer ein Lächeln und bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Das Essen war Gilde fein und hübsch angerichtet.
Eine sehr gute Atmosphäre im Haus, hell und freundlich.
Hunde sind willkommen :-) durfte auch mit zum Essen und im vorderen Bereich zum Frühstück.
Einfach wundervoll.
Wunderbar: Gästekarte inklusive.
Empfehle das Des Alpes gerne weiter.

Cons:

Hmm- ein Wehrmutstropfen gab es doch. Ich hatte stundenlang auf Booking.com Hotels angeschaut, mit Hund und und mit Balkon war für mich sehr wichtig. Ich wählte das Des Alpes genau deswegen und war auch bereit gegenüber 2 anderen Möglichkeiten etwas mehr zu zahlen. Leider erhielt ich ein Zimmer ohne Balkon und es war auch nichts zu ändern, da sie ausgebucht waren. Das nächste Mal würde ich wohl erst im Hotel direkt anrufen und nachfragen. Hatte kurzfristig und ohne Stornierungsoption gebucht.

Struttura veramente accogliente e ben organizzata. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Cucina con pochi piatti ma molto ben curati. ottima posizione nella località di Damnaum Dorf.

Cons:

Camere un po' piccole, servizi wellness compressi nel seminterrato, manca la piscina anche se vicina ne è una pubblica
