Pros:

L hotel e' in una zona abbastanza isolato per cui e garantita una certa tranquillita'. Struttura pulitissima, camera spaziosa quanto serve con tutti i confort. Il personale molto gentile, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Abbiamo fatto sllo una notte perche dovevamo andare al.festival di locarno ma ci torneremo volengieri a mangiare in quel terrazzo meraviglioso.

Nice and quiet hotel, but with no air-conditioning and nets, we won´t come back in the summer months
Pros:

Good: Wifi, breakfast, friendly staff, quiet location, quiet breakfast, clean room, good cleaning service, nice bed, nice bathroom.

Cons:

Even though there was the exceptional situation of a heat wave, the room should have been equipped with air-conditioning, and mosquito/insect/reptile nets at the windows. We only got a small, noisy ventilator on the table. This hotel is located in the interior countryside, high on a hill, with lots of insects and little reptiles. Curtains won´t keep them out, and if there are no nets at the windows, we can´t open the windows during the night for cool, fresh air. It was uncomfortable during the hot days and especially during the hot nights. If you are located in the countryside, you know you have to have this protection. Even with normal summer temperatures, there should be air-conditioning and window nets in the room.

Pros:

Место, гостеприимство, чистота номеров, смена полотенец каждый день, ресторан в саду, приветливость , но не навязчивость сотрудников . Я с удовольствием вернусь, если буду в этом регионе опять.

Cons:

Нет кондиционера, но я думаю, что в этом регионе такая аномальная жара это редкость, поэтому они не предусмотрены. На лето хотелось бы летний плед или просто простынь, но не такое теплое одеяло ))) все это не может быть причиной снятия баллов, так как я перед бронированием видела комментарии что нет кондиционера. Для отеля 3 звезды условия лучше чем в некоторых 4 звездочных отелях.

Emplacement calme, bon petit déjeuner, personnel très accueillant

Cons:

Le seul point négatif était le manque de climatisation dans la chambre (seulement un ventilateur présent)

Kastanienwälder soweit das Auge reicht.. herrlich ruhig. Gastfreundschaft ist selbstverständlich im
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück das man draussen geniessen kann. Mit Tessiner Spezialitäten wie frischen Aprikosen und Salami. Kaffeemaschine bietet jede gewünschte Variante an, auch mit Namen, auf italienisch, die man nicht so kennt.
