Nous y revenons chaque année quelques jours.
Pros:

Tout mis à part la partie restauration qui laisse toujours à désirer. Origine et qualité des produits pas en adéquation avec l’addition.
Carte des vins un peu réductrice.

We had a marvelous time and would come back in a heart beat.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and situated in a dining room that was beautiful. I loved how they treated the ceiling with the painted flowers and ivy.

Cons:

The only thing that needs a change for me were the sleeping pillows in our bedroom. The were very flat. It would have been nice to have one that was a little firmer.

The rest was perfect. It is truly a unique experience. Merci beaucoup!

Gorgeous hotel with a nice restaurant and spa in a great Swiss mountain location
Pros:

- friendly welcome, followed by a smooth and attentive check in
- SPA and pool: relaxing, with a gorgeous view on the mountains, included the Matterhorn, and strict respect of adults only hours which is good for a quieter experience
- restaurant and buffet breakfast
- generous ski room and easy close and private parking
- very quite room
- the hotel is gorgeous: you literally travel back to 100+ years ago

Cons:

- I found the room a bit cold as the heater remained lukewarm throughout the whole might, despite being on 5/5
- I could not keep the water in the shower at a constant temperature: was cyclically moving between too hot and cold, though I spent only one night and so took just one shower, so cannot say whether the issue is always there
- I found the check out not as friendly as the check in. No one asked me for instance how my stay went, something that should never happen in high standing places. I would also suggest a fast check-out option for people having to leave early as I had to wait a bit for the person to check me out
- I would start the breakfast time at 7 AM rather than 7:30 AM, for those early morning people who want to reach the slopes/start their day very early
- for those driving electric cars, I would recommend to keep one parking lot next to the charging station in front of the hotel free of gasoline cars (which was not the case for me this time)
