Alles zusammen ganz o.k ruhig und freundlich für die kurze Zeit

Das Frühstück war ganz in ordnung! Hat alles gegeben was wir wollten, und auch frisch zubereitet

Pros:

Super Lage, zentral und trotzdem in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Bahnhof. Sehr freundlich, sowohl vorher im schriftlichen Kontakt als auch bei Ankunft. Grosszügiges und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer, modernes hochwertiges Bad. Ich war aber nur sehr kurz da für 1 Nacht und musste früh abreisen, kein Frühstück genommen. Kapselmaschine für Kaffee und Wasserkocher für Tee auf dem Zimmer war vorhanden. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - tipptopp !

Cons:

Eine Abwurfmöglichkeit / Box für die Rückgabe des Zimmerschlüssels ausserhalb der Rezeption wäre schön. Als ich abgereist bin (6:20 Uhr), war die Tür zur Rezeption noch verschlossen (separater Raum).

Pros:

Ein kleines, feines Hotel in Gehdistanz zum Thermalbad. Ausnehmend freundliches Personal, das uns ohne jeglichen Anspruch sehr viel Kulanz entgegengebracht hat. Hier wird der Geist der Hotellerie nicht nur gepredigt, sonder auch wirklich gelebt. Herzlichen Dank für so diese Erfahrung. Klein und fein ist manchmal eben doch die bessere Wahl im Hotel-Dschungel :) Wir kommen wieder!
