Gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer ist wohnlich und gut eingerichtet. Vom Bett aus Blick Richtung Fenster, mit schönem Ausblick. Die morgendliche Bedienung durch den älteren Herr war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat auch für perfekte Frühstückseier gesorgt. Der Empfang beim Einchecken und die Verabschiedung waren auch sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Bedienung durch den einen Herrn beim Abendessen, da stand offensichtlich er im Mittelpunkt und nicht wir als Gäste.

Die Ruhe, Die Aussicht auf den See.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man wird mit einem Lächeln begrüsst.
Das Personal im Restaurant ist auch sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Dachschräge war etwas mühsam, da wir beide gross sind.
Die Lüftung im Bad schaltet lange nicht ab.

Tolle Lage, jedoch wenig erholsam
Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt am See. Vor allem die neu renovierten Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und gleichzeitig gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer (renoviertes Zimmer) sind sehr hellhörig. Man kann den genauen Inhalt der Gespräche der Zimmer Nachbarn hören.
Das Frühstück ist relativ spärlich mit wenig Auswahl.
Die Lüftung im Bad geht in den neu renovierten Zimmern automatisch an, sobald man den Lichtschalter im Bad anschaltet und ist dann wirklich sehr laut und kühlend. Wenn man Licht im Bad wieder Ausschaltet, läuft die Lüftung mind. 10 weitere Minuten weiter und ist auch bei geschlossener Bad Türe im Schlafbereich störend laut.

Me encantó mi estancia en el hotel. Lo que más destacaría es la amabilidad del personal, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante; siempre atentos y con muy buen trato. La comida la recomiendo al 100%: estaba deliciosa y las raciones eran bastante generosas.

Las vistas son simplemente de 10, y la habitación resultó muy cómoda y acogedora, además de cálidas por lo que se agradecía en estas fechas por el frio. En general, una experiencia excelente. ¡Sin duda volvería!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel-Restaurant Seegarten-Marina on Christmas Eve 2025. The hotel and restaurant were friendly and accommodating. My guestoom was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a balcony that looked up to the castle. The WIfI connection was strong. The Breakfast Buffet was equipped with a variety of hot and cold options including sliced ham, turkey, fish, cheese, coffee, tea, juice, bread, eggs, cereals, fruit and more. Christmas Eve dinner was superb. It was comforting to see that even local people frequent this restaurant. This certainly adds value.

Pros:

酒店设施非常好，干净整洁布局很好不局促，还有个小阳台可以坐下休息，离码头很近。周围有个小镇的活动中心，孩子玩的很开心也可以体验当地生活，早餐对着湖边美景很惬意，就风有点大还是有点冷

Cons:

感觉单人间小床可以再大点，我觉得房间空间足够大。没有茶饮包。在湖边离火车站稍远，如果坐船来比较方便

Wir hatten einen entspannenden Aufenthalt bei sehr aufmerksamen Personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt wunderschön direkt in der Bucht von Spiez. Von unserem Balkon aus hatten wir darauf eine traumhafte Sicht (siehe Bild)
Unser Zimmer war eines, welches noch nicht renoviert ist, aber die Ausstattung ist, auch wenn sie schon in die Jahre gekommen ist, noch gut in Schuss und wirkte nicht abgenützt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok und im Restaurant des Hotels ist das Essen ausgezeichnet.

Cons:

Wir hatte eine kleine Küche mit 2 Kochplatten und einem Kühlschrank. Leider konnten wir die Küche nicht nutzen, da es ausser 2 Gläser, und einem Wasserkocher keinerlei Geschirr oder Besteck gab.
Da das Hotel keine Halbpension anbietet, haben wir uns dann einige Male mit mitgebrachtem Besteck selbst versorgt.

Everything was great!
The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly. The only downside was that we stayed during a very hot period (over 30°C), and the room we booked didn’t have air conditioning — we had assumed it was a standard feature. Unfortunately, no one informed us that fans were available upon request.

The hotel is not conveniently located, and it takes a long walk to reach the train station. It is also difficult to find Uber or taxi services.
The old man at the reception is racially discriminatory towards Asians, cursing at guests and showing extremely impatient service attitude.

Mooi goed gelegen hotel.
Pros:

In historisch centrum van Spiez aan een haventje gelegen, Niet direct uitzicht op het meer wel op een oud slot. Mooie schone kamers, vriendelijk personeel. Het restaurant wordt veel ook door niet hotelgasten bezocht, het ontbijt wordt bij mooi weer ook buiten gebruikt. Parkeren doe je in de naastgelegen (150 meter) openbare parkeergarage waar je een kaart voor krijgt en je tegen gereduceerd tarief kunt staan. In en uitladen kan voor het hotel.

Cons:

Zwisterland is gewoon een duur land en dit hotel is geen uitzondering qua tarieven en avondeten. Misschien idee om voor hotelgasten apart menu te serveren. Voor parkeren betaal je 10 euro extra per nacht.
