Muy bonito, los jardines y la piscina excelentes.
La calidad del Restaurante, es también excelente.

Pros:

El orden y aseo de las habitaciones y la cercanía del centro. Lo mejor del hotel es la atención excepcional del personal del restaurante: siempre un saludo, el gracias, con mucho gusto

Cons:

Se nota falta de mantenimiento en la habitación ya que el
Basurero del baño no funcionaba con pedal y a pesar de haber reportado una lámpara quemada no fue subsanado el cambio de bombillo

UBICACION. LIMPIEZA Y DESAYUNO.
LA ATENCION EN RECEPCIÓN MUY AMABLE.
HEMOS VUELTO POR SEGUNDA VEZ!!!

Cons:

Podrían agregar insumos de higiene como shampoo acondicionador y jabón líquido para baño.
Uno lo lleva pero dejaría de cargarlos en la maleta.
Habían jaboncitos pequeños .si.

Das Hotel bietet jetzt auch Frühstück. Das Ambiente ist wunderschön.

Cons:

Zimmer nahe der Rezeption sind sehr laut.
Ich habe um einen Tag verlängert und man hat mir angeboten umzuziehen. Das war mir für eine Nacht zu viel Aufwand.

Poor internet in room 11, free breakfast not so good. Better to give discount on your actual food menu so we can try your food items. Have menu we can order to our room. Many days it rains

Pros:

Muy limpio, seguro y tranquilo, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. El desayuno incluido es tipo buffet e incluye lo más usual: gallo pinto, huevo picado, salchichas, pan, tortilla, natilla, café, jugo de naranja y hasta un gatito super lindo y amistoso que vive en las instalaciones. Amplio parqueo para los huéspedes. La zona comercial de la frontera está a unas dos o tres cuadras por lo que incluso se puede ir a pie. El personal es muy profesional y siempre está atento para ayudarle. Por mucho este es el mejor hotel de la zona. Muy recomendado.

Comodidad y tranquilidad
Pros:

Es un lugar donde hemos ido varias veces, pero los objetivos son diferentes por estar en la frontera, es muy cómodo y de buen servicio.

Frühstück war gut und lecker

Cons:

Wir waren zu früh und konnten erst pünktlich um 14.00 einchecken. Personal in der reception nicht wirklich interessiert. Es hat kein Steckdose im badzimmer.
Preisleistung: zu teuer. Zimmer sehr einfach
