Le confort des lits est excellent. Le personnel est professionnel. L’environnement immédiat de l’hôtel est agréable.

* Malheureusement, ces points positifs ne suffisent pas à compenser les nombreuses lacunes constatées durant notre séjour.
* La propreté laisse clairement à désirer. Les rideaux de la chambre étaient tachés, le tapis sale et les chaises du balcon également. De plus, le ménage quotidien n’incluait pas le nettoyage du sol.
* Les vestiaires et les douches de la piscine sont vétustes et manquent de propreté.
* Le dîner a été très décevant. Les plats à base de poulet nous ont causé des maux de ventre. Les prix sont, selon nous, largement excessifs au regard de la qualité proposée. Nous avons eu l’impression que les plats étaient préparés à l’avance, conservés sous vide puis simplement réchauffés.
* Enfin, plusieurs de ces problèmes avaient déjà été signalés dans des avis précédents. Il est regrettable de constater qu’ils ne semblent pas avoir été pris en compte, ce qui donne l’impression que les retours des clients ne sont pas réellement utilisés pour améliorer les services.
* L’hôtel est rel loin des parc nationaux de la région.

Au final, malgré un personnel professionnel et une literie confortable, nous sommes repartis déçus et ne pouvons pas recommander cet établissement en l’état

Pros:

Desayuno normal básico, zonas naturales muy bien invitan a la relajación.
El hotel en si sus instalaciones muy bien, la habitación es de las mejores en las que nos hemos hospedado.

Cons:

Precios del restaurante los considero muy elevados para el turista nacional, aun estando el tipo de cambio bajo.
Al ser un hotel familiar con presencia de niños rompe un poco el esquema de relación. Que conste que no tengo nada contra los niños, pero si ud busca tranquilidad y relajación no es el sitio indicado.
Deberían de considerar los precios del restaurante ya que invitan a conocer las zonas aledañas donde encontramos muy buenas opciones a precios muy buenos.

I want to go back! Ever since we returned to the city, the images and sensations of the place have stayed with me.
It’s beautiful and sooo relaxing!

We went cycling—bikes are available for free, and you can ride safely all over the property because the grounds are huge! It’s kid-friendly, too, with ponies and farm animals!

There’s an open-air Jacuzzi that is incredibly relaxing and super cozy. The dining area is beautiful!

Melissa is very kind, and the guy at the restaurant is a 10/10…! (We visited in July 2026).

I wish I could have stayed longer! The breakfast is delicious and the view is stunning!

Me gustó que pude hacer varias actividades como andar en bicicleta por el amplio lugar además de las caminatas por los senderos donde pude relajarme y ver gran variedad de aves además de la vista del lago.
Aparte de la refrescante piscina y el jacuzzi.

Cons:

El menú es aceptable pero siento que podrían ofrecer más opciones para niños como hamburguesas entre otras.
Las almohadas son un poco incómodas.

Tuvimos la suerte de pasar una tarde, noche y mañana totalmente solos en el hotel y el personal se volcó con nosotros. Habitación amplia con cama extragrande cómoda y pequeña terraza. Preciosas instalaciones tanto en el interior del hotel como en su exterior, con jardines y una piscina con un pequeño jacuzzi. Muy buen desayuno a la carta. Todo ello en una gran finca con dos senderos que se pueden recorrer a pie o en bicicletas en préstamo y que ofrece otras actividades como paseos a caballo. Una maravillosa experiencia para desconectar y relajarse aislados de todo lo demás. ¡Gracias por todo!
