Pros:

Schickes Hotel im Geschäftsviertel. Der Pool war gepflegt und das Personal sehr aufmerksam.
Sicherheitsgefühl war auch bestens und die Auswahl an Bar und Restaurant ist ausreichen.

Pros:

Mr. Bamba, the Boss of the Shuttle Service was great. Perfect Customer Service and service recovery for little things that went bad. He deserves 5 stars +

Heureux de constater que l'hôtel TIAMA à pu se maintenir et s' améliorer.
Je suis client depuis des années.
J'ai passé un très agréable séjour avec un accueil Formidable de son Directeur Général.
C est un hôtel que je recommande car il porte bien les 05 Étoiles sinon plus.

Une expérience vraiment excellente du début à la fin !
Pros:

Un personnel attentionné et d'une grande amabilité. La chambre était propre, confortable et très bien équipée. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la présence de chaussons et de gants de toilette dans la salle de bains, un détail rare et très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, varié et délicieux. Une expérience vraiment excellente du début à la fin !

Cons:

Il manquait le lit parapluie initialement prévu pour notre bébé, mais un matelas d’appoint nous a été fourni rapidement, ce qui nous a permis de passer une très bonne nuit tous ensemble.

We left our pajama in the room and they didn’t find it. We had to call 5 days straight before we got an answer saying they didn’t find it. It wasn’t too nice

Hôtel calme, bien entretenu et professionnel au Plateau
Pros:

Hôtel très calme malgré sa situation centrale au Plateau. Ma chambre était plutôt petite et donnait sur le parking, mais elle était étonnamment silencieuse, ce qui m’a permis de très bien dormir. La propreté était constante, et j’ai particulièrement apprécié la flexibilité du service de ménage, car je me levais souvent assez tard.
L’hôtel est globalement bien entretenu et géré de manière professionnelle. La piscine était agréable, calme et peu fréquentée, ce qui rendait la détente facile.
La salle de sport est petite, mais lorsqu’on est seul, elle est suffisante pour faire un bon entraînement. Le vrai point fort pour moi a été le spa. Je n’y suis allé qu’une seule fois, mais le massage était d’un niveau très élevé, vraiment luxueux et bien au-dessus de mes attentes.
Le service de blanchisserie était de très bonne qualité, même s’il est assez cher.

Cons:

Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, et l’hôtel ne donne pas en permanence l’impression d’un cinq étoiles dans tous les détails. Les prix de la blanchisserie sont relativement élevés. La salle de sport pourrait être plus grande si plusieurs clients souhaitent s’entraîner en même temps.
