Staff
They were the best part of my experience. I arrived at almost 4AM there and breakfast wasn’t included in my package. However, the lady who attended me still made sure I had something to eat in the morning while she wasn’t there. One of them would pay attention to things I preferred to eat and drink and made sure it was available for me. Very caring people who made it easy for me as my journey was a nightmare.
Room
I had a Junior Suite which was perfect for me. The size and comfort of the room was just fine. Same for the bathroom and toilet. Plenty of storage space as well for those who stay for long.
Facilities
Nice, cosy, and well decorated. It’s lovely being there and it was quiet so just what I was looking for. Pool, is fine. There’s no kitchen but you can order food from a restaurant.
Location
The neighbourhood is safe, close to the airport and has many restaurants around and supermarkets. It’s easy to find your way around once you go on a little adventure.
It’s QUIET. I was the noisy one blasting music. But speak to staff before going there as sometimes they have people coming for events making “ambiance” partay partay
Only issue to me was the jacuzzi wasn’t working. And the AC also wasn’t giving much. Other than that I would rather stay there then be out and about.
Also it’d be nice to have more sugar options for breakfast and better quality bread. Oh and some salted butter for those who like.
Stylish and nice. An oase in the city
Breakfast was comprehensive . Enjoyed outside with view of lush greenery and garden away from public eye. Despite being in the middle of a bustling part of the city, once beyond the exterior walls you are met with tranquility and peace. lovely area to lounge and relax. Really friendly and helpful staff and some great art work. Amazing find!

Possibility to store luggage at the hotel after check-out.
Rooms close to reception can be noisy, if sensitive to sound.
Desk service could be improved: friendlier, more information about facilities, be more available.
- Breakfast has to be ordered the day before but this is not mentioned upon arrival.
- Could not check out when we wanted, because the service desk staff was not present. If we had had to go to the airport, we would have had to leave without checking out properly.
