Se escucha todo de una habitación a otra y abajo hay un restaurante y todo el humo ingresa a las habitaciones.

Friendly but never again

Location is good to access the park

Cons:

The whole package is bad, room is very small, very noisy and loud, the restaurant in the bottom makes a lot of noise and if they cook you can smell like you’re in the kitchen. Also don’t try and eat there, it’s the worst service of the whole 7 days trip in CR. Shame because the owner was nice. The leaflets are outdated and prices from 2023, plus their discount is only if paid by cash, which is only a way to avoid taxes or card fees, so not really a discount.

Cons:

Uninspiring breakfast. Nice staff at the restaurant though. Tours quite a bit more extensive booket through the hotel compared to elsewhere in Monteverde

Perfekt für Naturliebhaber!
Pros:

Die Lage! Super nah an der Natur, beste Aussicht für den Sonnenuntergang. Alexis ist super nett und freundlich!

Cons:

Ich liebe frische Luft und leider war das Fenster in die Lobby statt nach draussen und weil es direkt an der Strasse war, war es relativ laut.

Pros:

Alex was very helpful with trying to figure out my shuttle and helped make phone calls. He was very friendly and had a delightful breakfast for me ready for my early departure. The restaurant downstairs is awesome too.

Super nett und super Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und  immer hilfsbereites Personal mit gutem Restaurant und landestypischem leckeren Frühstück.
Am Ende vom Ort, kein Trubel.
Beste Ausgangslage für Touren in den Nationalpark (zu Fuß 6km) und diverse Privatreservate (Bayo del Tigre Reserve und Curi Cancha ca. 20min zu Fuß)
wahrscheinlich der beste Blick auf die Nicoya Bucht, nur die Strasse überqueren und den Sonnenuntergang geniessen!
Alexis vermittelt bei Bedarf auch diverse Touren. Hier lässt es sich gut ein paar Tage aushalten.

Cons:

Die Straße, aber sie wird ja gebraucht.

Good value for the price.
Pros:

It was easy to come and leave from the accommodation. It was close enough to everything. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit bland and took too long to get cooked. At times the staff were a bit over attentive.

Staff was helpfull and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Also downstrais restaurant helped us and were kind. Shower had warm water. Beds were pretty good and clean.

Cons:

No AC in the room, eventhough it was stated so in the booking.com info whilst we booked it. (Didn't need AC eventually at all cause nights were nice and chilly.) The room had 2 windows - to the reception room - koy outside!!! Soooo that was very uncomfortable. All the sounds from the restaurant and reception the whole time...not cool. And no blinding curtains, too much light and sound. Unfortunately, not a good night sleep. 😬😬😬

Pros:

Le propriétaire Alex était sympatique et serviable. Près de bons restaurants, dépanneurs, réserve national de Monteverde, réserve de papillons. Frigo dans la chambre.

Cons:

Beaucoup trop de bruit dû à la route principale. Déjeuner inclus offrant peu de choix. Lieu commun petit par rapport au nombre de chambres.

Séjour court mais satisfaisant.
Pros:

Alex était aux petits soins du début à la fin. La chambre n’était pas très grande mais suffisante. Le petit déjeuner est fait par Alex et est très bon ! N’hésitez pas à lui poser vos questions si besoin. L’hotel est au centre de Monteverde et proche du spot pour voir le coucher de soleil.

Cons:

Les fenêtres ouvertes qui laissent passer le vent dans la chambre.
