This is a convenient and relaxing place to stay close to the park.

Pros:

The location is great, close by to the National park and to some restaurants. The lady working there was friendly.

Cons:

We arrived within the designated check in time, but the door was locked and there was no bell to ring, just a sign with a local number to call. We arrived straight from the airport so didn't have a local sim card nor our roaming was working, so it was impossible to ring the number. Gladly, someone else who was staying there was coming back to the place and let us in. If you are expecting the guests to check in, there should be someone waiting for us or a better way to get in to the property.
There was no hot water and the shower makes a loud noise after turning off / flushing the water.

Pros:

Superb location. Uvita is very spread out, this is a nice area with very nice restaurants and a 2 minute walk to the park entrance. Very helpful staff. They only speak a little English, so used translator app.

Wenn das Bett in Ordnung wäre bestenfalls zum Schöafen zu gebrauchen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, unmittelbar am Nationalpark. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Handtücher sehr weich. Wiedererwartend hatte sie eine Waschmaschine und einen tollen Wäscheständer.

Cons:

Unser Appartement (Nr. 2) und nur dieses kann ich bewerten hatte den Charme einer Zelle. Die beiden Fenster vergittert und Blick auf einen Hinterhof. Wegen der Hitze waren die Vorhänge jedoch größtenteils zu, so dass man sich diesen Anblick ersparte. In der Küche gab es weder Töpfe noch Toaster. Auf der Couch zog es einem nach kurzer Zeit in Richtung Boden und man starrte auf eine leere Wand, Fernseher Fehlanzeige. Im Bett spürte man jede Feder. Die Wohnung ist zudem so hellhörig, dass man jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer hörte.

Friendly, pretty cabins in the perfect location for park and whale watching trips
Pros:

A Lovely friendly lady checked us in. Comfy, clean ensuite double. Well kept grounds with pretty plants and bird life. Parking space in front of cabin. A short walk from the national park. The site has a gated entrance which is closed at night but guests are given a key for that. The area seemed very safe but that added to the feeling of security. The shower was superb and there was a fridge in the room, plates, mugs, glasses and cutlery which was useful.

Cons:

The a/c unit was a bit too cold! 🤣 Can't really complain about that, there was a/c and it worked, maybe a bit too well but it worked!

Ideaal gelegen voor het bezoeken van het nationaal park.
Pros:

Zeer dicht bij het nationaal park.
Ook veel eetgelegenheden en kleine supermarkt in de buurt.

Cons:

Je kan enkel cash betalen, maar ze geven geen wisselgeld terug. Wanneer je hen er naar vraagt, doen ze alsof ze jou niet begrijpen (men spreekt enkel Spaans). Niet zo heel sympathiek, vonden wij.

Comfortable, afforable, safe, and close to the park and beach.
Pros:

This was just perfect! I'd stay here again in a second. Comfortable, clean, affordable room that was just a stones throw from the park entrance.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location is the best thing about this hotel

Cons:

Staff was not helpful. First night the room was infested with mosquitos so we had to buy mosquito killing spray. The next day we asked them to please don't enter the room to clean because we didn't want the door open for a long time and again be full of mosquitos. Even though we asked for them not to go in our room to clean, they entered and turned off the a/c. When we got back in the afternoon the room smelled like cat piss/ skunk and the heat was unbearable. The a/c took like 5 hours to chill which made it impossible to sleep. So again next day we ask them not tu turn the a/c off and the lady was not happy about it, being very impolite. Again we got back from the beach, a/c was off and an aromatic candle was on, that was her solution.
The property does not offer breakfast like it says over here, and also you can't pay with a credit card (which you find out upon arrival.) Also, no hot water in the shower.
