La posizione, a un passo da Lastarria e dal centro storico. Mi avevano consigliato un altro hotel di questa catena ma era pieno e ho optato per questo, ma non è risultato all’altezza.

Cons:

Struttura buia, stanza con muri e tende da sistemare, bagno poco curato nei particolari (finestra con spiffero, bordi del piatto doccia, doccino rotto e non aggiustabile in altezza). Colazione povera, sempre uguale. Triste la formula: ti portano un vassoio in camera da poggiare su un tavolino con le rotelle e non c’è manco una sedia. Se uno desidera un secondo caffè non può chiederlo. Ti danno la bustina del the ma non l’acqua per farlo. Non esistono zone comuni dove poter attendere. La sistemazione non vale il prezzo che chiede.

Lindo pero incómodo
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado

Cons:

El hotel no tiene espacios comunes. Por eso sirven el desayuno en los cuartos. Pero mi cuarto era tan pequeño que no cabía ni un escritorio ni una silla extra. La decoración (impactante) ocupaba la mayor parte del espacio y no dejaba prácticamente lugar para moverse.

Pros:

Localização excelente perto de pontos turísticos e transporte coletivo. Quarto limpo com cama e lençois de boa qualidade, chuveiro bom e café da manhã bom.

Cons:

A região não é muito boa para se andar após as 22h, como quase toda capital, e não há local para o café da manhã, o mesmo é servido no quarto então se estiver viajando em família não tem espaço para convivência.

Great rooms and atmosphere, but the breakfast could be better and the area gets very quiet at night.
Pros:

I really liked the industrial design of the hotel. It has a modern and different feel compared to many traditional hotels. The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the TV was a good size for relaxing after a long day.

Another thing I appreciated was having a 24/7 front desk, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The breakfast being delivered directly to the room was also a nice touch and very convenient.

The location can be a big advantage depending on the purpose of your trip. It is only about a block from Cerro Santa Lucía and within walking distance of downtown Santiago and several tourist attractions.

Cons:

The main downside for me was the breakfast. While it was convenient to have it delivered to the room, it had very little protein and felt somewhat limited, especially if you are looking for a more balanced meal before a full day of sightseeing.

Another thing to keep in mind is the area around the hotel at night. Since it is located in a commercial district, the streets become very quiet after business hours, especially on weekends. We never experienced any dangerous situations ourselves, but the area can feel somewhat uncomfortable when walking around at night. In fact, hotel staff advised us not to walk alone after around 9 or 10 PM. While this is not the hotel's fault, it is something future guests should be aware of.
