Pros:

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca del metro. Personal muy amable, instalaciones cuidadas. Nos hicieron un desayuno para llevar un día, ya que salíamos pronto. La habitación estaba limpia y con todo lo necesario.

Cons:

Se escucha el ruido del agua por la tubería toda la noche. Con tapones pudimos dormir bien pero sin ellos no habría sido posible.

Stylisches Hotel in einem guten Viertel von Santiago
Pros:

Das Design der Zimmer ist sehr cool und ansprechend. Wir waren zu früh da und konnten problemlos unser Gepäck aufbewahren lassen. Alles lief ganz problemlos ab. Das Frühstück wird auf das Zimmer gebracht.

Cons:

Die Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer sind genauso teuer wie ein richtiger Kaffee außerhalb, was für mich nicht ganz verständlich war. Für das Frühstück hatten wir keine Auswahl. Dass wir Vegetarier sind, mussten wir jeden Tag neu angeben, damit es berücksichtigt wird.

Pros:

Çalışanlar efsaneydi. Çok güleryüzlü ve ilgililerdi. Özellikle caroline isidora muazzzam yardımcı olan birisi. Çok iyi İngilizce biliyor.

Cons:

Kahvaltı sistemi yok. Kahvaltı odaya geliyor. Her gün akşamdan saat söylemen gerekiyor. Tuhaftı.

Mal was Anderes, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Gute, ruhige Lage. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir durften unser Gepäck in der Rezeption hinterlegen, bis das Zimmer bereit war zum Bezug. Interessanter, ungewöhnlicher Stil der Einrichtung. Das von der Mitarbeiterin bestellte Taxi war pünktlich zur Stelle, der Fahrer hilfsbereit mit dem Gepäck. Das Frühstück wurde auf einem Tablett ins Zimmer gebracht, war ok, genügend.

Cons:

Wenn wir was zu beanstanden hätten, dann ist es das etwas gar schummrige Licht im Zimmer. Die zusätzliche Leselampe war ziemlich weit entfernt vom Bett.
