Cons:

la atención de la recepcionista al querer cobrarnos un cargo extra que no estaba especificado y su actitud insolente hacía nosotros intentando de todas maneras poder hacer este cobro que no se justificaba por un error anterior a la recepcionista del turno de la noche. provocando incomodidad y una muy mala experiencia en nuestra residencia en el hotel.

The hotel walls are very thin so you can hear the staff delivering breakfast early in the morning what makes very diffic

I asked for a late check out and I received a message saying it would have a cost but didn’t mention how much. At the checkout they charged me 10.000 pesos by hour what I believe is totally unfair according to what a I paid for the whole staying.

Comfortable hotel, I would book it again
Pros:

Very nice hotel. My room was clean/very big, and the amenties were great. I liked having a fridge in the room, and the bed was so comfy. All the staff were sweet. There is no lobby/communal area at this hotel, so they deliver breakfast to the room each morning which feels luxurious. It's only a few minutes from Cerro Santa Lucia/Lastarria, the location is ideal for sightseeing.

Cons:

I would have liked better lighting for reading in bed, and I think having a chair/desk of matching proportions would be helpful for travellers who need to work in the room, especially as there is no lobby/cafe on the premises.

Schlechtes Gefühl wegen Kaution.
Pros:

Frühstück minimal

Cons:

Sie haben von mir eine Kaution verlangt,von 50 US, falls ich etwas zerstören sollte. Das hat die Stimmung versaut.
Das gab mir ein sehr unsicheres Gefühl, was sie mir am Ende anhängen wollen. Das war sehr schlecht.

Un pied à terre à Santiago, juste pour y dormir.
Pros:

La possibilité de laisser les bagages en garde pour un ou deux jours.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner obligatoirement apporté dans la chambre et très médiocre.

Hubo un problema en mi reserva y terminé alojandome en otro hotel de la marca, ubicado a unas cuadras de este (Hotel Sommelier Boutique). Estuvo bien dentro de todo el error. .
