Perfect stay
Pros:

Außergewöhnlich schöne Unterkunft.
Wir hatten mit der vorherigen Unterkunft weniger Glück. Umso schöner war es hier.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber.
Wir erhielten ein Upgrade und hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank und zwei großen Betten.
Die Anlage ist wunderschön bepflanzt. Der Pool war bis 22 Uhr nutzbar und sehr schön. Auch das Restaurant, das nicht zum Hotel gehört hat tollen Service angeboten ( leckeres Frühstück für 10$, Abendessen und Cocktails ).
Dort wird den ganzen Tag Musik gespielt, die uns total gut gefallen hat und sehr relaxed war.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße zum Nationalpark.
Es war wunderschön und ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Das Internet war an manchen Tagen in ganz Uvita nicht so stabil, war für uns aber nicht so schlimm.

Schöne Unterkunft in top Lage
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet. Nach dem Check-In hat man eine umfangreiche Übersicht erhalten mit Tipps für die Gegend, Restaurants und Touren. In Fußnähe gibt es zahlreiche Lokale zum Frühstücken bzw. Abendessen. Der Nationalpark ist auch gleich in der Nähe. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es nur einen kleinen Parkplatz, ein paar Meter weiter aber noch einen größeren. Der Pool war sehr angenehm, nachdem es uns am Strand zu heiß in der Sonne war.

Cons:

Leider waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig und wir haben die Gäste im Nebenzimmer sich unterhalten und TV schauen hören. Das war sehr ärgerlich.

Recibimiento brusco pero agradables instalaciones

Las instalaciones y limpieza, también me gustó que me dieron una habitación superior a la que había reservado por el mismo precio y al final la recepcionista se comportó amable y compensó el recibimiento tosco.

Cons:

El recibimiento de la recepcionista fue un poco grosero, y tomó casi una hora o más para que me entregaran la habitación desde el momento que llegué, y eso que llegué una hora más tarde de lo acordado cuando hice la reserva.

Pros:

Eigentlich ein ganz tolles Hotel. Wir konnten gut schlafen. Tagsüber sind Aaras über das Hotel geflogen, die Lage ist nah beim Eingang des Parks.

Cons:

Die Badezimmer Armaturen waren sehr verkalkt und der Pool war warm wie ein Jacuzzi.

Leider haben wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Das Personal wirkte eher distanziert, vermied häufig Blickkontakt und bei Nachfragen hatten wir teilweise den Eindruck zu stören.

In einer schwierigen Situation hätten wir uns mehr Unterstützung gewünscht. Bezüglich eines Transports wurde uns zunächst mitgeteilt, dass keine Hilfe möglich sei – erst nach erneutem Nachfragen wurde uns weitergeholfen.

Möglicherweise stand dies im Zusammenhang mit dem zeitgleich stattfindenden Festival (an dem wir nicht teilgenommen haben), dennoch fühlten wir uns etwas fehl am Platz.

Schade, denn die Unterkunft hat großes Potenzial.

A la piscina le falta un poco de limpieza, porque habían unos bichos que picaban dentro. Ademas, que los baños del área de la piscina necesitan limpieza más frecuente por el uso

Very noisy. Had to move room as high ceilings made the noise of next room kids screaming sound like it was in ours. New room, 3rd one we looked at was ok. Watch out for unnecessary music from bar area.
