I think that Club Voca #6 has the potential to be a great place to stay.
Pros:

Nighttime was generally quiet, so I slept well and the air conditioning worked fine. The glass windows & doors all closed properly to keep out mosquitoes, etc. day or night. The pool is a short walk from the unit and there is an outdoor shower which you are asked to use before swimming. It only works if the tap/potable water is running in rental unit #6. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the kitchenette worked fine. I didn't use the other appliances, so I can't comment on them. There is an instant hot water appliance under the sink, so ample hot water for showers and washing dishes (if the tap water is running).

Cons:

Prior to this I've never rented anything through Booking dot com (or Vacasa). I wasn't pleased by how you must give a credit card number without being given a firm total dollar amount. (Just a bunch of starred comments about percentages which will be added to your total). I understand fees, but I want a total dollar amount before I commit to a purchase.
During the booking process I had requested an early arrival to Club Voca #6, but never received any kind of a response – either a yes or a no. When I arrived at Club Voca #6 for check-in not everything was as it seemed. There were no clean towels and the dirty linens/cleaning rags from the previous guest (housekeeping?) were left inside of the unit. The listing also mentioned beach towels, but I never saw any or was provided with any during my stay. I did receive clean towels within an hour or two of contacting the local Vacasa representative via WhatsApp.
In general the unit appeared clean and most things seemed to be in working order with a few exceptions. Please be aware that there is a sliding glass entry door which faces toward a path and the street, but there is not a working shade or curtain to provide any privacy. Basically you can see most of the interior of the unit through the slightly darkened glass door – day or night.
The next morning the potable/tap water in the unit stopped working. This meant no shower, no water to flush the toilet or wash dishes, etc. in the kitchenette. Sadly I never received a satisfactory answer as to why the water stopped running. I overheard several 'theories' from neighbors who owned/lived in/rented other units, but never received a proper explanation from the property manageress, from Booking dot com or from Vacasa. The water was off for over 24 hours and I don't think it was turned on again (by municipal workers?) until after I checked out.
