If improvements were made we’d stay again & recommended it.
Pros:

The location was good. Near a grocery store & main road. Nice pool & breakfast setting surrounded by interesting flora & fauna. Breakfast menu was good and the staff were nice- although no one spoke English.
The one English speaking staff member , Jose, was very helpful when around. He had good suggestions.
Laundry services available but could be cheaper. A/C although not needed worked well.
Towels need an upgrade.

Cons:

Many upgrades are needed. It seems neglected. It definitely has potential.
Our room ceiling leaked!
There should be a designated reception area & personnel. Shower temperature was inconsistent.
Seating other than beds in bedrooms would be helpful.
