Omgeving is prachtig
Pros:

Mooie locatie enorm uitgestrekt

Cons:

Doordat de wanden erg dun zijn erg veel geluiden en herrie van de omliggende kamers, dus vroeg wakker. Verder voelde het een beetje onpersoonlijk.

Lovely resort, huge property, very eco friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! Huge variety and the freshest ingredients. Truly exceptional. The hotel is nestled in the mountain and the property is expansive and gorgeous. The hotel property is very hilly, be prepared to walk up a steep hill or wait for the shuttle.

Cons:

The WiFi was spotty and while everything was clean, the shower water turned brown while my daughter was showering.

Pros:

amazing view, lots of wild life

Cons:

1. the room is big but very basic.
2. the hotel is on a sloap of a mountai so getting from your room to any other facility needs a ride with a car. you need to call the reception and thy send you a car with driver.

Beautiful Monte Verde
Pros:

השרות היה מצויין,אדיב ומקצועי. האתר מהמם והנוף מהחדר מרהיב.
החדר היה נקי ומרווח מאוד. כל בקשה נענתה במהירות ובאדיבות. שרות ההסעות הפנימי עבד מעולה, ביעילות ובחביבות. ארוחת הבוקר טובה. שבילי הטיול באתר יפים ונגישים.

Cons:

אין מספיק ריהוט בחדר. כסא/כורסא/ שולחן קטן. חייבת לציין שלבקשתי הביאו לי כסא לחדר. חסר מתקן להניח מזוודות. והחדר מאוד חשוך. המרחקים ממקום למקום גדולים ומרובי מדרגות ואין מעליות באתר וזה מעט מאתגר.

Pros:

Well located, great view from room assigned.

Cons:

The property has become a lodging factory for group bus tours. Unfortunately our building was occupied by a young group with a loud party that needed to be broken up.

The place was not warm and inviting, the people were nice, but the rooms were more like a hostel than an actual hotel!
Pros:

Not much, nice view from the dining room.

Cons:

I stayed at the original hotel years ago, and since then they added more buildings to house more people. The new construction building is done with very little detail, the windows and door system on the outside of the room to the balcony. We’re very poorly built and a little shaky the room was freezing. They did not have any heat, they did not even have a space heater I had to put four blankets on my bed jets to be warm. We did not even shower there, it was too cold. I will never go back to that hotel as we have stayed at much better for similar price. Thank you for listening.
