relaxing and comfortable.
Pros:

View was beautiful, staff was very friendly. We didn't get the name of the transportation driver but were very thankful for him taking us everywhere around the hotel he was very friendly and helpful! Room was big and spacey which we loved.

Cons:

Hotel was really nig so things did take a while to walk to but its not really an issue because there's a driver that can take you. Breakfast isn't included if your staying less than three days.

Algo aviejado y venido a menos...

El entorno y las vistas sin duda son espectaculares.

Cons:

Es un hotel muy bueno pero venido a menos... Estuve alojado allí hace 15 años y guardaba muy buen recuerdo, por eso volví a elegirlo... Lo cierto es que las instalaciones están un poco abandonadas y el hotel está un tanto aviejado... Los baños en las habitaciones con el espejo muy deteriorado, moho en los azulejos de suelo y pared de las duchas , poca iluminación, las puertas de las ventanas con huecos que hacían que se metieran insectos, la piscina con moho y las tablas que la bordean levantadas y sin barniz ya, la música de la piscina muy machacona y reguetonera (nada de ambiente tranquilo)... El desayuno debería abrir antes para adecuarse a los horarios de los tours y excursiones, la variedad del desayuno es muy escasa... Falta variedadde verduras, tampoco hay tomate ni verduras... Todo muy montado y pensando para los americanos y poco para los europeos. No hay tampoco ninguna variedad de almohadas...

Son pequeñas cosas, pero no aceptables para un hotel de esta categoría.

Quarto bem amplo , muito limpo e com uma vista espetacular

Cons:

Não gostei do café da manhã , no segundo dia como havia menos hóspedes , nos serviram o café da manhã no restaurante na parte de cima e com 3 opções de escolhas já prontas , sem o buffet no dia anterior , ou seja , paguei a mesma coisa para comer menos , bem menos e sem opções de escolha de variedade . Achei horrível

Mooie locatie enorm uitgestrekt

Cons:

Doordat de wanden erg dun zijn erg veel geluiden en herrie van de omliggende kamers, dus vroeg wakker. Verder voelde het een beetje onpersoonlijk.

Lovely resort, huge property, very eco friendly.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing! Huge variety and the freshest ingredients. Truly exceptional. The hotel is nestled in the mountain and the property is expansive and gorgeous. The hotel property is very hilly, be prepared to walk up a steep hill or wait for the shuttle.

Cons:

The WiFi was spotty and while everything was clean, the shower water turned brown while my daughter was showering.

1. the room is big but very basic.
2. the hotel is on a sloap of a mountai so getting from your room to any other facility needs a ride with a car. you need to call the reception and thy send you a car with driver.

Beautiful Monte Verde

השרות היה מצויין,אדיב ומקצועי. האתר מהמם והנוף מהחדר מרהיב.
החדר היה נקי ומרווח מאוד. כל בקשה נענתה במהירות ובאדיבות. שרות ההסעות הפנימי עבד מעולה, ביעילות ובחביבות. ארוחת הבוקר טובה. שבילי הטיול באתר יפים ונגישים.

Cons:

אין מספיק ריהוט בחדר. כסא/כורסא/ שולחן קטן. חייבת לציין שלבקשתי הביאו לי כסא לחדר. חסר מתקן להניח מזוודות. והחדר מאוד חשוך. המרחקים ממקום למקום גדולים ומרובי מדרגות ואין מעליות באתר וזה מעט מאתגר.

Well located, great view from room assigned.

Cons:

The property has become a lodging factory for group bus tours. Unfortunately our building was occupied by a young group with a loud party that needed to be broken up.

The place was not warm and inviting, the people were nice, but the rooms were more like a hostel than an actual hotel!
Pros:

Not much, nice view from the dining room.

Cons:

I stayed at the original hotel years ago, and since then they added more buildings to house more people. The new construction building is done with very little detail, the windows and door system on the outside of the room to the balcony. We’re very poorly built and a little shaky the room was freezing. They did not have any heat, they did not even have a space heater I had to put four blankets on my bed jets to be warm. We did not even shower there, it was too cold. I will never go back to that hotel as we have stayed at much better for similar price. Thank you for listening.
