Lovely Jacamar Corcovado
Pros:

Lovely big room - down 2 external flights of stairs. No balcony but good size terrace & felt quiet and safe. Karen is extremely helpful and booked an overnight tour of the Corcovado rainforest plus a trip to Cano Island. Breakfast is good and the staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No negatives. However, the layout wouldn't' suit anyone with mobility issues as 2 flights of stairs to access lower rooms.

Pros:

Locatie prima, privé parkeren mogelijk verderop in de straat bij afgesloten overdekte parkeerplaats. Lekker ontbijt en ruime ontbijttijden. Iedere dag schoonmaak.

Cons:

De stroom valt geregeld uit, maar volgens mij heeft het hele dorp daar last van. Ik miste een stoel op de kamer dus heb die van het balkon gepakt.

Great accommodation in Drake Bay
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable accommodation with large beds and generous room sizes. The outdoor private balcony was a lovely place to relax during the day and in the evening. The accommodation is walking distance to the beach and most restaurants.

Cons:

The area could be loud at night due to motorbikes and the birds will wake you up early in the morning! This isn't a problem with the accommodation, just something to consider about the location.

Fantastisch verblijf! heerlijke bedden, goed schoon, dichtbij goede restaurants en veel ruimte! dit was voor ons 1 van de beste verblijven in Costa Rica! als je de boot via het hotel regelt, halen ze je op! das wel fijn, want met bagage de berg oplopen is minder fijn...

Cons:

niks viel tegen maar wel goed om te weten is dat je niet je bagage daar kan laten(is geen afgesloten ruimte) dus mocht je naar Corcovado gaan, regel dit dan met de touroperator.

Great stay!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and we were quite happy with all the facilities. Our room was clean when we arrived and cleaned during our stay as well. We also had breakfast at the hotel a few times and it was amazing every time. Just pass along wich option you want he day before, and they started to prepare it when you arrived at their restaurant the next morning.

Cons:

The only downside was that the rooms were very noisy. We could hear the guests in the room next door quite well, and could also hear other guests when they were having a chat on their balcony.

Zentrale Lage, schöner Blick, schöne Veranda, kostenloser Wasserspender, gute Tourorganisation mit Shuttle, gute Ausstattung.

Cons:

Zugang beschwerlich über viele Treppen - Gepäckservice wünschenswert.
Duschkopf verkalkt - Duschen nur unter Rinnsal möglich.

Buena elección
Pros:

Muy limpio y cómodo. Karen fue muy amable, nos recogió el día de llegada y nos acercó a la barca el día de la partida. Además, había toallas para la ducha, para la playa y bayetas para limpiar las botas tras las excursiones.

Lovely stay. Only thing that could make it better would be a pool

Karen was very helpful and even helped us via
WhatsApp after she had gone home for the night. She also organised a free taxi from the boat as it is up a steep hill. View was very good and we liked the balcony

Pros:

The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the essential amenities. The bed was very comfortable, making for a great night’s rest overall. Although we could hear some noise from upstairs early in the morning, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The laundry service was reasonably priced at $4 per kilogram, which was a nice added convenience. Overall, it was an excellent room for the price and offered great value for money.

Pros:

Convenient for town, restaurants, boat. Picked us up from boat and returned us to boat. Room was nice

Cons:

No garden as such. If you wanted to relax with a book only a rather hot balcony. One day there was a power cut so we were hot hot hot - no shady places to go and escape
