Céntrico y bonito hotel
Pros:

el personal muy amable, Karen y las señoras del desayuno son maravillosas, te hacen sentir muy bienvenido. El traslado a los tours y cercanía de restaurantes.

Cons:

Hay tener presente que en el hotel hay gradas y en el pueblito es difícil caminar por las calles ya que hay muchas piedras, además algunas veces se va la luz.

The lack of hospitality and concern for our experience was quite disappointing
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great. The room was spacious with a nice little shaded porch.

Cons:

Drake Bay had a power outage the day we arrived. This meant no AC, which wasn't their fault ofcourse. However, this town has many power outages a year, and the only facility they had was a candle in the room, no battery powered lamps or anything else. We wanted to air out the room, since it was hot, but they didn't have any mosquito nets. The receptionist wasn't very kind or helpful when we had questions, she just said that none of the hotels in town have mosquito nets (which we know isn't true). In addition, the mattress of one of the beds had remainders of bugs on it, making it uncomfortable to sleep in. Also for some reason the water to our room was shut off when we arrived and was only turned on after we went back to reception to inquire about it. When we at the end of our stay were dropped off by the beach to catch our boat back to Sierpe we were booted out of the car in the pouring rain with no place to keep ourselves or our luggage dry, while other hotel vehicles let their guests wait in the car until the boat arrived for pick up. Overall the lack of hospitality and concern for our experience was quite disappointing.

Great location to boat tour and restaurants. Room was big and beds comfortable. Balcony overlooks garden. Transportation to dock if arriving via boat is available. Very nice receptionist.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here, and Drake bay offers much too see and do. We reserved our trips from this hotel and it was a great choice - all the trips were well planed and they offer a ride from the hotel to the beach. Karen was really helpful, she answered all our questions and helped us choose the best trips.

Con Jacamar pura vida!
Pros:

Tutto perfetto: colazione buonissima, servizi della struttura eccellenti, organizzazione dei tour in loco puntuale, personale sempre gentile e disponibile, la camera bellissima. Consigliatissimo.

Pros:

Personal; Hotel und Tourenanbieter in einem, flexible Frühstückszeiten, Lage, Größe Zimmer und Bad, bequemes Bett, Kühlschrank

Cons:

Bungalow ganz unten(keine Aussicht)+ Baustelle nebenan, keinerlei Möglichkeit nasse Klamotten/Bade-Sachen zu trocknen (Wäscheleine besser noch ein Wäscheständer!)
