El personal es maravilloso. Te tratan como en familia. July, Jayson, Jessica, Edgar y todos los demás son excelentes.
Pros:

Todo en la propiedad es hermoso. El area de la piscina y la barra es espectacular y los atardeceres son mágicos.

Cons:

Lo único es el camino para llegar. Es un poco fuerte pero vale la pena.

Las vistas y la piscina

Cons:

1) El acceso es muy malo. Entiendo que haya pendientes porque si no no tendría las espectaculares vistas que tiene, pero la carretera está en muy mal estado con muchos baches e irregularidades, deberían pavimentarla e incluso avisar a los clientes con antelación. Por suerte, nosotros teníamos un SUV 4x4 y pudimos subirla sin problemas.
2) La wifi básicamente no iba, nos conectamos a la red y no teníamos internet. Además, hay muy mala cobertura arriba por lo que prácticamente estábamos incomunicados.
3) Las dos noches tuvimos cortes de luz de hasta 3-4h. Entiendo que la compañía eléctrica no depende de ellos, pero no avisaron. Estuvimos en la habitación con bastante calor al no poder encender el Aire Acondicionado.
4) Como sugerencia de mejora, en el desayuno además de cafés y zumos podrían poner algunas pastas, hojaldres y fruta mientras se encarga la comanda, porque personalmente me pareció un poco escaso.
Creo que las habitaciones y en especial la piscina y las vistas están muy bien, pero deberían mejorar estos aspectos.

La piscine, l’accueil, la réactivité de tout le personnel.

La propreté de la chambre (faïence sale,paroie de douche pas faite, vitrerie donnant sur la mer non nettoyée aux doubles faces, insectes dans le plafonnier.
L’état de la route horrible
La cuisine du restaurant très moyen pour le prix.

The views are spectacular both from the rooms and the pool/bar. The staff are friendly and personable

Cons:

We were three friends travelling together and only one of us was offered a welcome drink. A small matter but one that is so easy to fix.
