Pros:

I booked this stay to enjoy the views and it felt like a real treat every single day! Beautiful sunsets and amazing to see the whales tail. I saw many birds from my balcony including a close encounter with a toucan! Also a Tayra? In the bushes. The meals were fresh and very affordable. Large comfortable bed, working air con. The staff are lovely. Jessica on reception was so thorough and helpful with everything, all done with great kindness. Franco is a top tier whizz behind that bar and made me feel welcome immediately, so personable. Thank you to the other staff who were also kind and welcoming. It’s a lovely place to relax, unwind and enjoy the views.

Cons:

The room is basic and has everything you need! It was just a little worn in some areas e.g. the bathroom seals and shower floor, it was also a little dusty here and there but overall nothing to impair my stay. If you don’t have your own 4x4, you have to be willing to order taxis to get to and from places due to the steep hill, my transport was easily arranged.

Beautiful setting to see the sunsets from an infinity pool.
Pros:

The pool, restaurant and bar areas were really lovely especially the infinity pool. There are also amazing views and an ideal setting to see the sunset. The staff were amazing especially Jason they couldn’t do enough to help.

Cons:

Our room was tired especially the bathroom. Could do with a makeover. There were lots of stairs and no lifts but the staff helped with our luggage but still lots of stairs to climb to and from our room to the main area. The road up to the hotel is steep and badly kept which made a very bumpy ride.

Sehr nett, Abstriche beim Zimmer
Pros:

Tolle Aussicht, sehr nettes Personal, schöner Pool, Zimmer einfach und zweckmäßig, schon relativ veraltet. Frühstück und Abendessen in Ordnung, aber kein Highlight. Die Straße zur Lodge ist eine Katastrophe.

Cons:

Die Straße sollte dringend repariert werden, v.a. auf die Breite "normaler" Autos. Renovierung der Zimmer nötig.

la vue, le restaurant et le personnel

Cons:

la route est très difficile d’accès, pas de prise direct dans les chambres obligé d’enlever la tête de lit pour y avoir accès, les habitations sont loin du centre de l’hôtel, la wifi n’est pas très bonne, je trouve que pour le prix ce n’est pas assez bien..

Espectacular vista desde la habitación y desde el área pública .

La vista, el trato del personal, la comida en el restaurante.

Cons:

Muchas escaleras. La habitación donde estuvimos no tenía caja de seguridad y la puerta al balcón no tenía cerrojo ni mosquitero. Pero el lugar es muy seguro y por dicha nadie entró a la habitación a robar.

Hotel perfecto para parejas, con una vista increíble
Pros:

Lo que más se destaca de este hotel es la amabilidad y trato del personal. La vista y ubicación son excelentes, sobre todo para estar cerca del centro de Uvita, y visitar Dominical y Ojochal fácilmente.

Cons:

En la habitación, muchos de los bombillos son de luz blanca, se podrían cambiar por luz cálida para que se vea mucho mejor.

Très bon séjour dans un cadre magique, dans la nature avec une vue extraordinaire .

La vue , la localisation, le personnel était aux petits soins , tous étaient très gentils, très professionnels

Cons:

Le seul bémol : les escaliers pour rejoindre notre chambre . Nous étions dans le bâtiment le plus bas avec une personne handicapée et j avoue que parfois c était un peu compliqué, obligés de reprendre notre voiture pour aller de notre chambre à la réception, piscine, restaurant . Et nous ignorions qu il y avait autant d escaliers .

Bijzonder mooi uitzicht met erg aardig personeel, maar een matige kwaliteit kamers en veel trappen

Een bijzondere locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht. Ook het zwembad is helemaal top.
Ook uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Cons:

Dat onze kamer via en trap van ruim 110 treden te bereiken was.
De airco veel herrie maakte en de badkamer klein is en aan een renovatie toe is.
De weg naar het hotel is zelfs voor Costa Rica van een zeer slecht kwaliteit
