Foreign business travelers, who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 19% regardless of the length of their stay in Chili.

If guest wants to use the hut tub a request must sent to the property prior arrival to be heated in time.

El lugar es buenísimo. El personal también. Lo único a mejorar es el tema de poder oscurecer el loft

Comodidad sin necesidad de ir a Pucón
Pros:

Muy cómodos los domos, son bien espaciosos, la gente que atiende en el restaurante es muy amable, y el no tener que ir necesariamente a Pucón para disfrutar del lago es excelente.

Cons:

El único comentario sería que ojala colocaran un extractor de aire en el baño para manejar de mejor manera la humedad y no obligar a abrir tanto las ventas para evitar insectos (tampoco son tantos)

Pros:

Domos situados en el lago, están muy bonitos decorados, inmersos en la naturaleza. El desayuno incluido funcionaba muy bien. Está muy cerca de Pucón

Cons:

No están a la altura los baños, específicamente las duchas. En el primer domo que estuvimos, no tragaba el agua. El color del agua que sale de los grifos es marrón, a veces con olor desagradable... No parece ser agua potable

Grandioso! El Domo es cómodo, lindo, tiene todas las comodidades, el lugar tranquilo, bañarse en el lago es una experiencia maravillosa!, el personal amable y Camila nos atendió con mucho cariño, eso se agradece.. sentirse como estar en casa.
Las termas extraordinarias en el Salto del León y Quimey co qué fue las que visitamos, nos faltaron días. Sin duda volveremos y lo recomendamos al 1000%. Saludos y gracias por todo. Pucón esta hermoso 💚

Convenient to Pucon.
Pucon.
Comfortable beds.

Cons:

Breakfast was average.
Yurt was not properly checked before we arrived and we had cold showers and a light not working.
Tge yurt where meals were served was always cold.
There was constant noise from the nearby road.
It was difficult to turn left getting of the campsite across two very busy and fast lanes if traffic.

La ubicación, frente al lago, con estacionamiento muy cómodo. Restaurante con desayuno y estufas prendidas para que sea todo más confortable.
