Schöne Anlage in einer nicht ganz so schönen Stadt

Sehr große Anlage im amerikanischen Stil. Man hat das Gefühl es gibt mehr Mitarbeiter als Gäste.
Zimmer sehr gut und sehr groß aber Betten an sich etwas klein.
Frühstück hatte zum Glück etwas Auswahl und war ganz gut.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Guapiles.
Pros:

Los servicios como el gym, piscina, jacuzzi y los dos restaurantes son buenísimos para no tener que moverse del hotel. El personal es muy atento.

Cons:

Las camas podrían estar mejor y las horas en que el personal hacen ciertos trabajos, al menos a mí me toco que estaban con bastante ruido y el dia que llegue queria descansar pero estaba ese ruido, al igual al otro dia por la mañana.

He sido desde hace muchísimos años cliente del hotel y en esta ocasión reservé por esta plataforma booking y hacen diferencia si reservas por booking o directamente, porque en la plataforma sale más económico, si reservas directamente te hacen 15% de descuento en restaurantes y si es por booking ni siquiera te identifican como cliente (sin brazalete y sin beneficios) . Yo reservé por booking y debí haber consumido por lo menos $200 dólares en restaurante y también utilice el casino. Me pareció de mal gusto , un hotel que yo recomendé muchas veces y fui muchas veces que haga este tipo de diferencias. Así como he hablado maravillas del personal, esta vez tocó hablar de las políticas en reservas del hotel que hacen diferencias si utiliza esta plataforma.
