A good stopover option
Pros:

Great location which was perfect for our overnight stopover between tours
Facilities were excellent especially the gym
Friendly staff

Pros:

Wir waren eine Nacht dort, auf der Durchreise. Dafür war alles prima. Wir konnten uns abends noch im Pool erfrischen, hatten ein sehr gutes Abendessen und morgens ein tolles Frühstück.

Location at Guapiles makes this an ideal overnight stop while road tripping around eastern Costa Rica.
Hotel is actually a country club with impressive facilities (for eg full size olympic pool, generous jacuzzi tub)
Car is conveniently parked outside the room within gated premise.
