Die Atmosphäre im Palafito .

Cons:

Beim Frühstück sitzt man an einem großen Tisch das ist nicht mein Fall komm ich aber klar. Nur dass alle Gäste am Tisch ohne Vorlegebesteck von einer Platte entnehmen mag ich nicht. Die Mitarbeiter vom Frühstücksservice haben sich sehr laut unterhalten und mit dem Geschirr gescheppert, als wären keine Gäste da - nicht besonders aufmerksam und teilweise auch etwas Nachlässig. Im Obstsalat keine Bananen - waren aus. Avocadoaufstrich gabs montags auch nicht mehr 3 tage vorher schon.

La calidez de la gente, la decoración, la ubicación, el restaurant muy bueno y con una excelente vista

Cons:

La ducha en determinadas horas era imposible usarla porque cambiaba la temperatura de frio a caliente sin tocar la canilla.

Super stay excellent value for money
Pros:

View, location, value for money, really helpful staff, great restaurant. Helena in particular helped us when our car broke down c.20km from their hotel. She translated and coordinated all communications with our hire car company, insurer and basically saved us from a huge pickle. We are truly grateful to Helena and all the staff couldn’t be more helpful! As everyone says, breakfast (and coffee) is indeed excellent!

Desayuno muy bueno, sugiero tener lista una mesa adicional para el desayuno, habían bastantes huéspedes y no cabíamos en la mesa, hubo que arreglar una chica de emergencia, habitación muy cómoda y bien calefaccionada

Para ir con niños debería haber opción de habitación con TV

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Der Raum ist recht klein und wir mussten auch mal warten. Wir hatten ein großes gut ausgestattetes Zimmer mit seitlichem Blick, das war OK, aber besser im 1. OG. Im EG nur Blick aufs Nachbarhaus.

Cons:

Die unfreundliche Bedienung im Hotel-Restaurant, die uns ständig das Gefühl vermittelte, sie möchte Feierabend machen, hielt uns davon ab, ein weiteres Mal dort zu essen.

El formato de como se sirve el desayuno, no fue cómoda, es muy rápida, el espacio no es comodo, que no programan la bajada de cada persona y todo es desordenado a la hora de servir la comida. Y el tema del agua caliente, no sale bien em agua, tuvimos que bajar a pedir que nos vieran el agua caliente
