From March 2020, all reservations can be rescheduled in case the guest is unable to attend on the booked dates.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones y baños
Hermoso lugar, bien cuidado en su entorno. Habitación limpia, cama cómoda, la habitación quedaba cerca del estacionamiento
Habitación muy húmeda, probablemente por las inundaciones que afectaron la zona los meses previos. Problemas eléctricos, cables sueltos. Refrigerador no enfriaba. Una sola lámpara de velador. Tragaluz del baño condensaba la humedad y después goteaba mientras usabas el baño.
Extrañe un hervidor en la habitación, pero no estoy seguro si estaba incluido

Aire acondicionado que no funciona para calor.
Muy mala ventilación del baño a pesar de tener un pequeño extractor. Condensa el vapor en el techo y después gotea hacia el piso.
Desayuno poco variado. Ni una hoja verde.

Todo el hotel es muy elegante, y el desayuno excelente. Todos muy amables sobre todo en recepcion.
El estacionamiento es pequeño no espra camionetas muy largas.

Me quede 2 días y los dos se hizo evento … hasta las 2 de la mañana … deberían advertir cuando se reserva
Me gustó el desayuno, era buffet aunque el huevo revuelto estaba frío.
La habitación tenía muchos zancudos, hasta una araña del rincón. La habitación olía a cigarro, la puerta del baño no cerraba y no nos habían dejado toallas limpias. La impresión que nos quedó fue de mucho descuido, además no nos informaron previamente antes de llegar que había un evento privado, el cual la música se escucho hasta las 02:00 AM y para rematar al otro día temprano en la mañana nos despertó el sonido de retroceso de un camión, estacionado frente a nuestra cabaña y lo más penoso que la piscina no estaba habilitada.

Habitación muy comoda y segura, buenos estacionamientos, desayuno con mucha variedad de alimentos, tranquilo, espacioso.
Lamentablemente no me gusto que niñas que se encontraban en el sector del desayuno, pegadas a sus celulares y apenas saludaban, es probable que no estan a gusto en su trabajo.
