The restaurant opens from 7:30 to 22:30 Monday to Saturday. Opening hours on Sunday are 7:30 to 15:00.
From March 2020, all reservations can be rescheduled in case the guest is unable to attend on the booked dates.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Que tiene de todo restaurante alojamiento estacionamiento excelente desayuno piscina gimnacio todo lo necesario el personal muy atentos

La ubicación y la ambientación del lugar mismo
Tuve problemas con el wifi
El lugar es lindo. Personal amabale.
Los desayunos son muy malos. Todos los días habia huevo te cafe queque. El jamon y queso parten la lámina en 4 pedazos todo es poco y repetitivo para un periodo largo, no tenía que ver con lo que mostraban en las fotos.
Las habitaciones y sobretodo el baño huelen a humedad mal!!! Desagradable para descansar.
Los servicios se pagan.
El jacuzzi se paga, fui y huele horrible como agua estancada y se siente el sarro de la tina.
No hay control al ingreso, cualquiera entra y sale.
Ubicación - Es lejos de todo.

Afuera, el área de la piscina y las sillas para compartir son excelentes para sentarse, trabajar o pasar el rato. También me gustó la distribución de las habitaciones, como mini casas. Y que puedes comer donde quieras, en la piscina, en la habitación. Es excelente. El restaurante está abierto hasta las 22 y la comida es buena, las personas que atienden son muy amables y serviciales. El lugar es seguro y tiene puestos de estacionamiento cerca de las habitaciones. Un buen lugar para ir con niños o por negocios.
El piso sucio al llegar y El baño. No tenía donde colocar jabón o shampu, la cortina era corta por lo que el agua se salía, lo que me parecía un poco peligroso, tuvimos que colocar una toalla en el piso para no resbalarnos, además había un tragaluz en el techo del baño qué durante la noche goteaba agua, supongo por humedad, pero el baño nunca dejaba de estar mojado.
Y el piso de la habitacion al llegar estaba tan sucio que tuve que botar los calcetines de los niños porque quedaron negros.
Lo mejor es muy lindo el lugar, el vehículo quedaba cerca, no había que subir escaleras o tomar ascensor y la piscina hermosa limpia
