From March 2020, all reservations can be rescheduled in case the guest is unable to attend on the booked dates.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Ofrecen desayuno pero no hay suficiente personal atendiendo
Desayuno, el brazo de reina y el pie de limón, exquisito, desayuno recomendado :)
En la cena, los camarones al ajillo estaban 100% deliciosos.
Aún siendo un lugar "pequeño" es bastante agradable para estadía, además el plus es la cercanía con la ruta a Vicuña.
En la habilitación, falta un poco de mejora en mantenimiento: Manilla de lavamanos levemente suelta; perilla de ducha no sube al 100% y se "bota agua" innecesariamente, podrían arreglar para ahorrar en costos de agua.
excelente atención, sobretodo del portero Ricardo, muy cordial y ayudó en recomendaciones y en la acomodación desde nuestra llegada. muy buen servicio de parte de todo el staff de cocina también
la ubicación es muy buena siempre y cuando se tenga vehículo. a pie hay que contar bastante con la locomoción de taxis o aplicaciones, ya que las micros (buses) de la serena tienen recorridos solo en carretera y avenida principales, por lo que ir a la playa se vuelven 45 minutos a pie o 5 minutos en taxi/aplicación (no existe alternativa de micros para llegar a la playa, eso ya es mala planificación comunal)

Es un lugar cercano a la carretera. Muy limpio pero deteriorado por el tiempo

Baños con tinas que se sale el agua por todos lados , mal olor , piscina sucia , tele antigua sin opción de smart TV .

Las áreas comunes piscina y comedor muy bueno y agradable. Cenamos bien y el desayuno tb estaba bien
La habitación . Mala cama y almohadas. Y parecía más motel que hotel
Las instalaciones son maravillosas, pero es la disposición de sus equipos de trabajo el que realmente da la magia.
