The restaurant opens from 7:30 to 22:30 Monday to Saturday. Opening hours on Sunday are 7:30 to 15:00.
From March 2020, all reservations can be rescheduled in case the guest is unable to attend on the booked dates.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

La atención del personal muy amable, esta en un lugar tranquilo y con un entorno muy bonito
la ducha, poca agua caliente, se cortaba cada 2 minutos, faltaban ganchos para colgar las toallas húmedas, papel higiénico escaso, jabones en barra pequeños y pocos.

Está bien se puede mejorar el tema de los utensilios de baño Pero eso lo dan por cortesía en general súper bien!!!
Literie très confortable et la chambre est assez grande. Les lieux sont agréables et le personnel très attentif.
La localisation est excentrée et certaines parties des chambres mériteraient d’être refaites, salle de bain, fenêtre, huisserie.

la habitacion bastante amplia. el lugar muy tranquilo. la atencion del personal bastante bien
la ubicacion. para llegar al hotel hay que dar una vuelta enorme hasta una rotonda, te hace perder tiempo.
La ubicación y espacios compartidos. Muy bonito exteriormente y bien decorado
Las habitaciones están un poco avejentadas y no todo esta en buenas condiciones. Deberían modernizar los baños sobretodo ya que la ducha se desarmó por la presión del agua y además no había tapón para juntar agua para afeitarse por ejemplo.

Que las chicas del desayuno miraran todo lo que uno saca siendo que la modalidad es buffet y no deberia ser que se observe todo de cerca en modo investigador privado.
Nos encantaron las instalaciones, impecables, que sea pet friendly es maravilloso, pudimos estar con nuestro perrito sin inconvenientes, otro elemento a destacar es la amabilidad del personal. 100% recomendado, volveremos sin duda.

Difícil comunicação com restaurante e recepção. Não tem interfone. Precisa sair do quarto e ir até o restaurante para pedir qualquer coisa. Faltaram toalhas e itens de higiene.
