From March 2020, all reservations can be rescheduled in case the guest is unable to attend on the booked dates.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

La decoración y paisajismo
Viajamos con 2 de mis gatos ,pésima experiencia me cobraron $25000 por cada gato extra ,ósea pagué $50.000 adicional y no tenía ni siquiera un pote para el agua según ellos son petfriendly lo cual no es así .
Además llegamos a las 3 de la madrugada y el recepcionista no fue cordial ,el desayuno no es variado (mi esposo le solicitó una bandeja para llevarme desayuno porque estaba enferma y se negaron “No se puede le dijeron tiene que venir acá “….pésima experiencia cobro abusivo y mala atención.
No lleven a sus mascotas ahí …
