Important information:

The restaurant opens from 7:30 to 22:30 Monday to Saturday. Opening hours on Sunday are 7:30 to 15:00.

From March 2020, all reservations can be rescheduled in case the guest is unable to attend on the booked dates.

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Pros:

Boa cama, confortável, bons lençóis e cobertores.

Cons:

Difícil comunicação com restaurante e recepção. Não tem interfone. Precisa sair do quarto e ir até o restaurante para pedir qualquer coisa. Faltaram toalhas e itens de higiene.

No hay nada que me gustase mucho

Cons:

Durante los dos dias que estuve, no funciono el agua caliente de la habitacion. Me mandaban a bañarme a otra habitacion, y en el segundo me mandaron a otra que tampoco tenia agua caliente. No nos pudimos bañar

ubicación excelente solo que no llegan las app DIDI ni UBER. Se pierden pues el mapa muestra una ruta por detras del hotel y no existe.

Solo la ubicacion

Cons:

Mala aislacion acustica - se escuchaba todo de las otras piezas , el baño estaba muy ediondo a humedad, el pan del desayuno estaba duro y habian cosas como añejas y pobre poca variedad
