Cons:

La comunicación previa a la reserva fue nula, el hotel está muy descuidado, lleno de telarañas e insectos, la publicidad es engañosa ya que el restaurante no está en funcionamiento, el desayuno deja mucho que desear, el televisor no tenía control, la refrigeradora no enfríaba y olía mal, no tenía agua caliente la habitación. La atención por parte de la host era intermitente, aunq amable hay mucho que mejorar

La piscina aunque un perro en horas de la noche ingreso y tomo agua de la piscina..
El trato del personal muy bueno...

Cons:

No me gustó el desayuno todos los días me lo sirvieron el pinto frío y sin sal, deberían de abrir el restaurante al público hay que trasladarse mucho para almorzar cenar y incluso para tomar café en la tarde
La entrada al hotel está en muy malas condiciones..

Heerlijk plek, in een prachtige omgeving, 's nachts sfeervol verlicht. Als ik weer in de buurt ben kom ik terug.

Cons:

Ontbijt was smaakvol, prima, ik kon kiezen...maar de serveerstere kon het niet vertalen naar Engels. Suggestie de keuzes op papier / foto.

Great, fun jungle hotel, just don't trust their restaurant recommendations

The whole place was really nice and I had a great time with my large family. We enjoyed the pool, the impressive view, the surrounding jungle, the foosball table. It was fun.

Cons:

There's no on site restaurant so you have to make do. I loved the hotel but don't trust their restaurant recommendations. They sent us to this pizza place that was a huge tourist trap - very expensive, average quality, absurdly small portions. The kind of place that not a single tico eats at. If you need to eat just take the short drive into Montezuma to eat one of the sodas there and you'll do much better.

Infinity Pool mit Dschungelblick

Viel Natur, mitten im Dschungel, grandiose Aussichtsplattform, schöner kleiner Pool, gutes Frühstück, Ankunft gut organisiert, sehr netter und überaus hilfsbereiter Host.

Cons:

Etwas feuchte Zimmer mit Tieren drin, was im Dschungel vorkommen kann.

Endroit paradisiaque ! Piscine au soleil, en pleine végétation. Déjeuner inclus dans le tarif.

Lindo lugar, pero mejorar calidad y cantidad de los alimentos, así como el servicio al cliente.

Hotel en montaña, rodeado de vegetación, lugar tranquilo para estar, el clima estuvo muy agradable.

Cons:

Habitación pequeña, baño poco privado, luz quemada en el baño, nos faltaron ganchos para tender ropa, también tuvimos que solicitar lámpara xq no tenía nuestra habitación y era MUY oscura. Las camas con colchones muy suaves, lo que dificultó el descanso. Solo la cama extra individual tenía un colchón mejor para dormir. Piscina muy pequeña, distinta a lo que se percibe en las fotos. Solo tres opciones para el desayuno y sirven muy poco, el pinto muy malo, simple, huevo casi sin sabor y el servicio de la persona que atiende pésimo (durante los tres días, tuvimos que recordarle algo de lo que pedíamos, xq lo olvidaba o no lo traía a la mesa: café, jugo o alguna salsa). Un día tuve que pedirle un huevo tres veces, hasta que lo llevó y no de buena gana. Sería bueno que consideren un cambio, para que este servicio no afecte la experiencia de los clientes, quienes pagamos para tener la mejor experiencia. Por otra parte, la administradora Irene fue super amable y atenta en brindar opciones y recomendaciones para mejorar nuestra experiencia de viaje. Siempre con una linda sonrisa al atender. Ojalá todos fueran como ella en el servicio al cliente.

Solo les diré decepcionada de todo lo que es mal estado todo el lugar le falta una buena inversión y suciedad y no limpi

El desayuno no me gustó porque estaba feo y además era poco y siempre era 2 cosas nada más y aparte había muchos sancudos, cobran por mi perro y casi lo muerde el perro de la dueña es muy peligroso deberían no tenerlo donde está huéspedes por seguridad ya que pague 15 mil por mi perro y además muy sucio todo, no hay restaurante y aparte de eso no limpian bien cada 3 días y muy feo el camino para llegar y les falta más mejoras a las habitaciones dañadas y mal estado y en polvadas definitivamente no podría ir nunca más decepcionada por todo yo solo diré si quieren tener clientes porfavor mejorar la limpieza y comida y el lugar espejos dañados y muebles cobijas con polvo seguiría pero con la comida que dieron era decepcionante
