Pros:

החדרים מרווחים יפים עם נוף מדהים. בריכה מחוממת ואווירה מדהימה בג׳ונגל. מלון מומלץ מאד. השירות היה אדיב ויחס אישי. מסעדה מעולה

Bel hôtel avec grands bungalows, petite piscine chauffée qui apporte un plus.
Pros:

La petite piscine à 38 degrés est un plus pendant la saison des pluie. La chambre est très grande avec deux espaces divisés et deux salles de bain. L'hôtel a confectionné à ma demande un gâteau pour l'anniversaire de mon fils et je les en remercie. Le dîner est très agréable avec de la musique et la chaleur des braseros qui apportent une belle ambiance. Le personnel est à l'écoute. L'hôtel fournit des parapluies pour se déplacer, très appréciable.

Cons:

De notre bungalow, nous voyions énormément le toit d'un batiment en contrebas. Franchement décevant quand on imagine un bungalow niché dans la cloud forest.
Il manque clairement des patères dans les salles de bain pour accrocher serviettes, maillots de bain.

Bestes Hotel unserer Rundreise
Pros:

Es war das beste Hotel unserer Costa Rica - Rundreise: toll gelegen, ein super schönes Zimmer mit eigenem kleinen Pool, mehr Tiere vor der Terrasse als in den Nationalparks, leckeres Essen und am besten: Das Personal! Besonderer Dank an Erick und seine Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Es gab absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Fijne plek om te verblijven
Pros:

Heel fijne accommodatie; o.a. heerlijk bed, goede douche en luxe afwerking. Verder is de ligging goed en serveren ze een geweldig ontbijt.

Tutto è stato perfetto: lo staff sia al check-in che durante tutto il soggiorno.
Stanza meravigliosa immersa nella natura, molto pulita, curata in tutti i dettagli, molto vicina alle varie attività ed escursioni (es, Treetopia Park).
Assolutamente consigliato per un soggiorno confortevole ma al tempo stesso a strettissimo contatto con la natura.

Pros:

This hotel has a lovely setting with a breathtaking view up on a hill. The restaurant was very good for both breakfast and lunch and the lunch prices were reasonable. The staff was very helpful organizing tours and transportation for us and the welcome and introduction was excellent. The grounds are lush and full of animals--coatis, monkeys, birds and more. Our room was very close to the lobby and restaurant, which was convenient. We enjoyed the Aguti nature preserve trails next door with free tickets from the hotel.

Cons:

The rooms are dated and smell like mildew with an unpleasant attempt to cover it up with air fresheners. I get migraines, so this was tough to deal with. They do have a/c which should help with moisture, but the bungalows seem to be pretty old with new furniture, paint, and bathroom fixtures. There are very few surfaces to put anything down in the room too. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. An open bag of garbage was left in our bedroom from the bathroom which was pretty icky since you can't put paper in the toilet!

Cons:

E mi caso particular viajó con una persona con movilidad reducida, idealmente se debería solicitar la primera habitación al reservar q es la más cercana a la recepción ya q por las características del hotel se hace difícil caminar

Beautiful views and great stay
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the restaurant food was delicious and had the most spectacular view. The rooms were spacious and clean and the location was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The rooms were a little hard to get to, but understandable given the location.

The location was amazing. Just a short drive up the hill completely removed you from the busy town and set you in an amazing tranquil, hidden away tree house vibe in the jungle. The staff at check in and at the restaurant/bar were absolutely excellent!! 11 days and 5 different locations in Costa Rica and they were some of the best we met. Cant wait to return to this property.

Cons:

Wish the dipping pools and Firepits were open later into the evening.

Cloud forest getaway
Pros:

Beautiful property in the rain forest with little cottages. Ours had a hot dipping pool - which was awesome given the cooler evenings and after a long hike. Beautiful view and excellent (!) breakfast - the staff is extremely accommodating and kind.
