Pros:

Schönes Boutique Hotel am Hang gelegen, mit schöner Aussicht und sehr gutem Restaurant.

Cons:

Poolanlage eher bescheiden. Das war aber insofern nicht schlimm, als dass die Gegend so viele Exkursionen bietet, sodass man hier kaum am Pool liegt.

High expectations - fully met. Top in all aspects
Pros:

Great location with beautiful view and plenty of wildlife, close to all attractions in area
Wonderful room (suite), great design, and details (eg french press coffee maker with great regional coffee)
Restaurant excellent quality of food
Very courteous staff that made us feel at home (and we are spoiled!)

tres joli hôtel proche du centre et des activités de Monteverde
personnel très agréable et à l'écoute

Cons:

pas grand chose si ce n'est la taille des piscines de l'hôtel bien trop petites et celle des chambres également , froides en plus

Wonderful, rainforest stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here! We were here for two nights in a suite with two bedroom and two bathroom. The staff were exceptional and arranged anything and everything we needed, including tours. Highly recommend! It's a beautiful property!!

Friendly and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff were lovely just so friendly and kind and they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We did no tours but we saw lots of animals from the balconies and saw the Quetzel bird in the cloud forest!

Cons:

We had a couple of issues with the room when we first arrived a broken light and the hot water wasn't working properly but they sorted it out straight away. I also think some of the food could be fresher and better.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist eine kleine Oase mitten in Monteverde und übermittelt durch seine Lage und die Hotelanlage an sich selbst beim Aufstehen und Schlafengehen herrliches Dschungelfeeling.
Man findet im Zimmer einfach alles, von Kaffeemaschine über Milch, Wasser sowie einen Heizstrahler und Klimaanlage.
Das Hotelpool mit warmen Wasser sowie die Feuerstelle mitten im Nebelwald bietet ein unfassbar schönes Ambiente.
Das Essen ist hervorragend.
Hervorzuheben ist zudem, dass über das Hotel sämtliche Touren gebucht werden können.
Wir kommen wieder!

Tout! Vue incroyable du restaurant sur la mer et les montagnes, personnel attentionné, service de transport proposé entre les villes excellents, taxi accessibles pour aller aux restaurants voisins en 5 min, calme des lieux, sentiers dans la nature pour se rendre aux chambres, deux petites piscines pour relaxer et coin pour des feux avec chaises, luxes et confort des chambres. Endroit magique. Restaurant excellent du déjeuner au souper!
