Hôtel agréable, proche de toutes commodités. Seul bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui reste à améliorer pour le prix.
Pros:

proximité du centre de Santa Maria, les chambres grandes agréables avec un balcon.

Cons:

le petit déjeuner répétitif et limité pour des Européens. Pas de choix, service à l’assiette, pas de sucre. Nous avons manger des œufs tous les jours sous différentes formes, il y avait que ça.. Déçu par cette prestation.
Douche en mauvais état, eau chaud/froid à répétition, le thermostat est difficile a géré.
Rue bruyante la nuit même si celle ci ne donne pas sur la rue principale.

-Localização é excelente, vivendo o ambiente local com o conforto de um serviço de hotel num prédio com apenas 10 quartos, tornando o ambiente muito familiar e relaxante
-Limpeza e a funcionária da limpeza sempre disposta a ajudar, bem como o rapaz (Kevin?) sempre simpático
-Cama/colchão muito confortável e quarto espaçoso

Cons:

-Pequeno-almoço muito limitado e as funcionárias que serviam o pequeno almoço (principalmente a funcionária de óculos) sem qualquer vontade de agradar e antipatica. Nós estivemos 9 noites, diversas vezes perguntamos se não era possível colocar outro tipo de pão, ou croissants e a resposta era sempre a mesma - não! (Se fosse eu a atender, esforçava para tentar agradar e diversificar nos dias seguintes. Pequeno almoço durante 10 dias foi pão seco, manteiga, compota, fruta (pera/banana/laranja sempre igual), sumo e ovos (sendo que a partir do 3o dia já nem perguntavam como queríamos os ovos, simplesmente “atiravam” os ovos conforme lhes apetecia - a gota de água foi nos últimos dias, a funcionária de óculos, sempre que pedíamos alguma coisa extra parecia que ficava zangada, a bufar e fazendo nos sentir mal!
-Situado em zona bastante movimentada e com muito barulho, para quem for sensível deve ter cuidado
- água quente dura 3 minutos (contado por nós), depois só de água fria… não me parece algo admissível para um alojamento com este preço
- chegamos ao alojamento para o check-in pelas 9.30/10, cansados da viagem e perguntamos se era possivel deixar as malas no quarto e trocar para irmos à praia. Resposta foi imediatamente “não”, mesmo tendo confirmado que o quarto estava pronto. Não acho uma boa atitude dado que era uma reserva de 9 noites!
- piscina frequentada por pombos, não é possível utilizar
-apesar de denominar por hotel, é um prédio transformado em quartos, sem suporte físico/rececao

Perfect for me. A solo female traveller. Central. Safe. Lovely people and quiet.
Pros:

The location is fantastic if you want to be in the centre of Santa Maria. The rooms are big and clean and safe and the staff are lovely

Cons:

I wish the bar was open later as it was such a nice place to hang out

Nice quiet hotel in centre of Santa Maria
Pros:

Hotel very small, so always sunbed and pool free.
Hotel was clean, plentiful towels and crisp bedding
Hotel well located near to shops and beach

Cons:

A couple of issues with room- toilet seat coming off (we were told it would be fixed on arrival, but it never was)
One electricity socket comes right off the wall.
Maid didn't leave us the dressing robes to use on one of the days.
