Hôtel agréable, proche de toutes commodités. Seul bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui reste à améliorer pour le prix.
Pros:

proximité du centre de Santa Maria, les chambres grandes agréables avec un balcon.

Cons:

le petit déjeuner répétitif et limité pour des Européens. Pas de choix, service à l’assiette, pas de sucre. Nous avons manger des œufs tous les jours sous différentes formes, il y avait que ça.. Déçu par cette prestation.
Douche en mauvais état, eau chaud/froid à répétition, le thermostat est difficile a géré.
Rue bruyante la nuit même si celle ci ne donne pas sur la rue principale.

Perfect for me. A solo female traveller. Central. Safe. Lovely people and quiet.
Pros:

The location is fantastic if you want to be in the centre of Santa Maria. The rooms are big and clean and safe and the staff are lovely

Cons:

I wish the bar was open later as it was such a nice place to hang out

Nice quiet hotel in centre of Santa Maria
Pros:

Hotel very small, so always sunbed and pool free.
Hotel was clean, plentiful towels and crisp bedding
Hotel well located near to shops and beach

Cons:

A couple of issues with room- toilet seat coming off (we were told it would be fixed on arrival, but it never was)
One electricity socket comes right off the wall.
Maid didn't leave us the dressing robes to use on one of the days.

Pas d’eau chaude pendant 2 jours, quand on a demandé à l’hôtel de régler le problème, on nous a répondu « elle est pas chaude mais pas froide non plus »
Petit déjeuner plus que médiocre ! 2 morceaux de fromages qui se battent en duel !

Gutes Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse, geräumiges Zimmer, Nahe der Hauptstraße gelegen

Cons:

kein Personal vor Ort bei uns ging nachts der Feuermelder los und es dauerte eine Ewigkeit bis der Fehlalarm behoben wurde, morgens war das Wasser in der Dusche sehr kalt

Cons:

Da piscina da descrição do quarto não é a realidade pois fiquei no primeiro piso e é horrível a vista é muito exposto para a rua a visibilidade do quarto.
E a gerente uma Sra. Espanhola não vai ao encontro ao posto de trabalho que tem ,pois fala para os funcionários e clientes de uma forma muito prepotente e não pode ser assim .
