Goede locatie en top personeel, maar het onderhoud en de staat van het hotel vielen tegen.
Pros:

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De accommodatie voelde op meerdere punten onaf. Op de kamer en in de badkamer ontbraken prullenbakken, wat erg onpraktisch was, zeker voor sanitair afval. Er stonden koffie en thee klaar, maar er was geen waterkoker aanwezig.

De airconditioningregelaar gaf ’s nachts zoveel licht dat we deze met een T-shirt moesten afdekken om te kunnen slapen. We hebben alle knoppen geprobeerd om het display of licht uit te schakelen, maar dat was niet mogelijk.

Verder oogde het hotel op verschillende plekken verouderd en onvoldoende onderhouden. De vloerbedekking in de gangen en algemene ruimtes was erg smoezelig. Ook de rooftop bar heeft een prachtige locatie en veel potentie, maar kan echt een opknapbeurt gebruiken; kussens waren vies en banken versleten en deels beschimmeld.

Jammer, want de foto’s op Booking gaven een veel betere indruk dan de werkelijkheid.

Positief punt: het personeel was uitstekend en zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en duidelijk hun best doend.

Wonderful
Pros:

J’ai tout aimé de l’hotel, très propre et sécuritaire. La proximité des autres commerces était un must pour moi qui voyageait seule et n’avait pas loué une voiture. J’y reviendrai forcément dans cette hotel

Cómodo, céntrico y el personal del hotel muy amable
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, los desayunos son en un restaurante muy bueno y rico que es en la parte de abajo del hotel, la comodidad de las camas es excelente y si rentas un auto hay parqueadero para toda la noche súper seguro

No me gustó el área de la piscina

Niet wat ik er van verwacht had.
Pros:

Het ontbijt.

Cons:

De herrie tot 2300 uur. De slechte hygiene, vooral bij binnenkomst zie je dat het tappijt in de gangen aan vervanging toe is. Gebruik zwembad kon wel in de middag, maar om 1700 kon je pas iets bestellen bij de bar.

La ubicación es perfecta y el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

La piscina del hotel estaba sucia. Entiendo que se comparte la piscina con el restaurante. Pero deberían limpiarlo y tomar los recuados necesarios. El dia que subi a la piscina habia copas rotas al borde de la piscina, un peligro.

Excellent Location & Staff
Pros:

I loved the location. We enjoyed the walkability. There are restaurants and shopping everywhere. We were able to walk everywhere. You cannot beat the location of this hotel. 10/10

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was refreshed daily and that was a plus.

Cons:

The room was dated and some of the upgrades and furniture didn't really make sense. The room was average but comfortable. We had a balcony but the glass was filthy and we didn't know how long it had been since it was cleaned. The patio lounger was broken and couldn't be raised to block the sun.

There was a very lively rooftop bar at the top of the bed that didn't stop until midnight. We couldn't sleep. This was on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night. We went to the bar and it was fun, but not so much if you're trying to sleep. I wish they would turn the music down after 10.
