Todo muy limpio y ordenado, muy buena ubicación, cuartos casi nuevos y muy amplios !! Un gran lugar para hospedarse!!

En general la estancia fue agradable, pero considero que el área de la piscina necesita más mantenimiento. Las paredes de la piscina estaban verdes y mi vestido de baño se manchó al rozarlas. Además, el agua se veía verdosa en algunas zonas, lo que da la impresión de que requiere una limpieza más frecuente. También noté varias áreas con óxido y algunas sillas de descanso en mal estado. Por otro lado, una de las sombrillas no se podía abrir, lo que dificultaba protegerse del fuerte sol. Con algunas mejoras en el mantenimiento, la experiencia podría ser mucho mejor.
Water wasn’t cold, fridge wasn’t working, light next to the bed didn’t work.
The location! This hotel is walking distance from a lot of restaurants and activities. Having a lounge/club upstairs, with good music, was both convenient and fun as well.
For a four-star rated hotel the hallways and rooms are showing wear and tear. My mattress sagged quite a bit so I didn't get the sleep I expected.

Found directly downtown walkable distance to the beaches and restaurants and bars. Affordable pricing beautiful bathroom good size room. Front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating.
The building next store looked deserted and made the area look sketchy. The bed was really low and squeaky. No breakfast was included. Pool on rooftop appeared much larger in the pictures but was underwhelming in person.
Perfect location, right in the centre of Punda. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the bed was so comfortable. The rooftop was a plus. It does get noisy during the weekends at night but that didn't bother me.

As there is a roof-top bar at the hotel, the rooms should have sound-proof windows.
