Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool and saunas. Great location for visiting the Torres del Paine park and superb views of the mountains from the hotel. Good selection of food for all meals and it was always well prepared.
Nothing
Beautiful location, tasty food, lovely spa/pool, clean and attractive rooms.
No air conditioning - room hot at night, an encounter with a rude staff member at the casual restaurant. Wines by the glass limited/cheap quality.
Todo! Absolutamente sensacional! Lo super recomiendo
The hotel is well located with a wondeful view of the Torres del Paine massif. All the common areas, bar, seating areas and general setting are lovely. Bar/restuarant service was good and Hector in charge of the asado was a lovely guy.
The standard rooms could be better described. I had a view of the car park, but the views elesewhere in the hotel were amazing.
Las instalaciones y la atención del personal
Great hotel. Very comfortable and luxurious without being pretentious.Staff all speak good english which helped too.
Our superior room was excellent. Very clean and with an amazing view. The food and beverages under the full board arrangement were superb. Beautiful pool area. Sauna. Great location on the edge of TDP.
Also got to try Cordero el polo (the wonderful parilla style lamb).
A bit picky but no kettle? (however there is access to hot and cold water via a machine in the hallways)
No actual room service. Although the staff are helpful and you can take food back to your room.
Everything
Lovely place! Good food, we had a great couples massage with champers and chocolates.
Pricey but given the remoteness and luxurious fit outs good value for money!
Nothing
The view from all parts of the hotel are awe inspiring and you realise that’s why you pay so much. Excellent all inclusive menu. Fabulous spa. The trips from the hotel were very well organised (even if you had to pay a premium for them).
The upfront communication was awful - we found it so difficult to get hold of the property which made things very stressful. We were also informed one of our trips was cancelled the day before we arrived and it was too late to book another trip. Given this was the reason for coming to the hotel this was
Very disappointing. We also had an incident regarding a gluten free dietary requirement, it didn’t end up being a problem but this was never followed up as promised. My final comment- even for ‘all inclusive’ package tipping after every meal and drink is still very much expected. I would have rather let tips for those people whose service was exceptional- it did feel like an extra tax on an already very big bill. Despite all of this the views and facilities do may up for it…. But be warned
Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The quality of the mountain facing rooms (we had originally booked standard rooms and paid for upgrades for 2 of 3 nights), is just superb, and much much better that the standard room. So one must definitely book only the mountain facing rooms.
The food is exceptional. Despite being vegetarians - we had enough options to have meals on all the days. Being on a full board package - they allowed a great variety both in food and venues.
Standard rooms are quite compact and dull
The hotel is excellent! The food is amazing, the facilities are extraordinary and the view is breathtaking. I would most certainly stay there again and recommend it to anyone who wants to travel to that region.
The prices practiced by the travel agency (Massif) that operates inside the hotel are excessively high. They take advantage of the fact that they have no competition in the surrounding area. It is outrageous that they charge 235 euros per person per way just for transportation from the hotel to Puerto Natales (87 kms drive). And that is the "Scheduled Time Transfer Service". If not it is even more expensive.
