Our Full Board plan offers a luxurious experience with all meals included in the hotel's main restaurant, where you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast buffet, a la carte lunch and dinner accompanied by beverages such as juice, water, soft drinks and house wine. Outstanding setting and great amenities!
Pros:

Appreciated the restaurants, the free lamb BBQ, the amazing spa and the surreal setting as well as the great breakfast, and the packed breakfast (free) and packed lunch (for a fee). Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The drive in our rental vehicle on narrow pothole filled dirt roads was complicated, but a worthwhile trade off for staying within the National Park. A once in a lifetime kind of place to stay. The strong Patagonian winds can be disturbing to some at night, so ask about noise level at check-in if an issue or bring good earplugs!

The stunning scenery surrounding the hotel is truly unforgettable
Pros:

It’s incredibly difficult to book a room at this hotel; we were only able to secure one night’s stay. That said, the views from the hotel are truly magnificent, and the food and wine in the restaurant will certainly not disappoint. Whether at dawn or dusk, the stunning scenery surrounding the hotel is truly unforgettable.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with great view.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a very beautiful location with mountains as a a backdrop and there is a river next to the hotel. The tour operator “massif” is also very good. The heated pool is a bonus.

Cons:

It’s not about the property but more the all
Inclusive deal that is too expensive for a solo travel like me. You can eat inside the hotel very conveniently, no need to buy the package.

Perfeita. É um hotel excelente, de localização ímpar, instalações confortáveis, staff ótimo e sobretudo, que traz paz.
Pros:

O hotel é primoroso, desde a sua localização que proporciona uma vista deslumbrante do Paine, passando pelo conforto, simpatia do staff e com a Massif que conta com guias muito competentes e bilingues.

Einfach traumhaft!
Pros:

Alles. Ganz besonders ist der Ausblick vom Zimmer. Das Frühstück war super (schon ab 6 Uhr, rechtzeitig vor den Ausflügen!). Und zweimal wurde abends im Garten gegrillt, das war sogar umsonst! Toller Empfang mit welcome Drink . Reisebüro für die Ausflüge direkt im Hotel. Und toller spa-Bereich

Pros:

Food was extremely good. First floor restaurant provided very tasty dishes. Spanish shrimp was superb. Outdoor steak very good. Restaurant staff were all very friendly.

Magníficas vistas para o parque das Torres del Paine
Pros:

A localização era incrível, mesmo a entrada do parque. O staff foi muito prestável e ajudou-nos com uma questão de que tínhamos desde o início da viagem. O por do Sol fantástico sobre as montanhas com o cabrito Patagónico gratuito para os hóspedes era excelente depois do dia de caminhadas. A articulação com a companhia Massif para as expedições foi muito boa. O spa era excelente, experimentei uma massagem de relaxamento que valeu imenso a pena

O facto de só haver aceso de escadas até ao nosso piso, mas não tinha qualquer impacto uma vez que viajávamos leves. Foi uma estadia sem nada a apontar
