Buen hotel para hospedarse en Copiapó
Pros:

Estacionamiento amplio y con muchas plazas disponible, check in y check out rápidos, habitación amplia y cama muy cómoda. Un buen hotel en Copiapó.

Cons:

El centro tiene pocas opciones cercanas para salir para cenar en la noche, las calles son vacías y sin mucho movimiento. El restaurante del hotel no tiene ningún brillo y tampoco supre la ausencia de buenos restaurantes en las proximidades.

Encuentro que este hotel cumple muy bien con todo. El personal muy amoroso.
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy limpia, tenia rico olor. El baño muy cómodo y se notaba que estaba remodelado.

Cons:

Mi habitación tenía ventanas y había una de ellas que no tenía seguro, eso me hizo sentir un poco intranquila. Todo el resto de verdad un 7.

Lovely hotel - wonderful staff and yummy food

The staff were amazing - I had an issue with my card and nothing was a bother, so kind a friendly which is wonderful in a another country

aseo de la pieza,nos quedamos 2 veces , en una ocacion no habian toallas limpias y nos dejaron las toallas que usamos secandose en el sofa y en otra habia una chaqueta del pasajero anterior, el servicio en restaurante y bar , muy lento y desordenado, sin personal suficiente ni coordinado

el desayuno poco variado y pan de mala calidad.
Caja fuerte con problemas. Nos obligó a perder en total ( primer día y penúltimo dia) 4 horas a la espera de que alguien lo resolviera ( técnico en Caldera!)
Wifi pésimo. Prácticamente no funciona . Al menos en mi habitación del 4 piso. Me dificultaba mucho el trabajo

Las instalaciones amplio la pieza comoda

Cons:

Cuando llegamos el aseo está muy bueno pero el día a día era malito yo creo que limpiaban la ducha el wc y hacían la cama y sería.
El hotel las instalaciones limpias , la atención del personal excelente...Sergio del bar muy amable.
La comida rica y precio bastante bueno comimos rico y a un precio súper adecuado.

El desayuno es correcto, cumple. El dispensador de café es algo pequeño por o que se acaba rápido. Ojalá el café fuera más fuerte para mi gusto.
