Una mala experiencia

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue una de las peores que he tenido durante mis viajes.

Desde la llegada comenzaron los problemas. El pasillo que conducía a la habitación tenía varias luces quemadas, dando una muy mala primera impresión y sensación de abandono.

Más tarde pedí un filete con puré en el restaurante. En lugar del filete me sirvieron un corte de carne completamente distinto y de baja calidad, acompañado de un puré frío.

Al regresar a la habitación encontré otro inconveniente: había conexión a internet, pero la televisión no podía utilizar los servicios que dependían de ella debido a problemas de conectividad.

Lo más decepcionante fue la actitud del personal. En ningún momento percibí interés por solucionar los problemas ni preocupación por la experiencia del huésped. La atención fue apática y distante.

Lamentablemente, no puedo recomendar este hotel. Hay muchas mejores alternativas para alojarse en Copiapó.
