Pros:

Somos una familia de 4 (2 adultos y 2 niños pequeños) y la estadía fue un completo agrado. Todo muy prolijo, limpio y cómodo.
Juan Luis, quien nos recibió fue muy amable. Nuestros hijos gozaron en la piscina ( y nosotros, los adultos, también!!!).
El desayuno exquisito y el personal de servicio muy amables y respetuosos...lo recomendamos 100% y será nuestra primera opción de hotel al regresar a Santa Cruz

Peaceful and quiet place
Pros:

Juan and Carlos were extremely welcoming. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with a spacious room and an impressively large bathroom. The shower was excellent.

Cons:

Not their fault, but mosquitoes bother a lot when we are having breakfast.
