Dear Booking.com Support Team,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent reservation at Hotel Mariandl for February 13–14, booked through your platform.
Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel had no availability, despite my confirmed reservation. Additionally, the treatment I received from the property owner was unprofessional and disrespectful, which made the situation even more distressing.
Despite the fact that the accommodation was not provided, I have not received a refund for the booking. This is unacceptable, as I paid for a service that was never delivered.
I kindly request that Booking.com intervene in this matter and ensure that I receive a full refund as soon as possible. I also ask that you review the conduct of this property to prevent similar situations for future guests.
