hervorragend und gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, modernes ansprechendes Design ohne Überladen zu sein, tolles Frühstück mit großer Vielfalt und hochwertigen Produkten, hausgemachte Kuchen und Torten (außergewöhnlich & lecker), das Personal lacht auch untereinander, ist höflich, herzlich und mit Gespür für Nähe und Distanz :-), der Wellnessbereich bietet alles was das Herz begehrt und der Granderwasser Aussenpool ist genial, ein Wellnesshotel indem man auch Rückzug und Ruhe findet (was vielleicht manchmal eine gewisse innere Reife braucht, um den Sinn zu verstehen, denn es ist alles eine Spur reduzierter im positiven Sinn (z.B. Deko, Aktivangebote ...) , nicht alles ist mit Musik durchflutet, alles in allem, sehr angenehm.

Cons:

die zwei kleineren Ruheräume sind etwas karg, kühl und die Liegen dort nicht ganz so bequem und ansprechend

Einfach zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Sehr schön gestaltete Saunen und Ruhezonen, genügend und sehr unterschiedlich gestaltete Liegeplätze in den Ruhezonen, kostenfreie Getränke beim Saunieren;
das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend und es wurden Wünsche (Kerze zum Geburtstag) sehr liebevoll umgesetzt - mit zusätzlicher Karte, süßer Überraschung, Geburtstagsdeko, Blumen, Gratulationen vom Personal und Chef;
überall sind liebevolle Spüche und Gedanke- täglich gibt es die Menükarte zum Auswählen inclusive von "Glücksbotschaften" zum Nachdenken;
das Abendessen ist mehr als lecker und beim Frühstücksbuffet und beim Nachmittagssnack alles was das Herz begehrt;
die Räume sind sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet

Cons:

Ani za 3 dny mi zatím neodepsali na email...Na booking.com přitom reagovali pružně.
V celém hotelu není snad jediný nápis v angličtině, ani jídelní lístek. Jazyková výbava na recepci nebyla lepší.
Asi nevaří obědy, aspoň o nich nebyla zmínka...
Zato mají odpolední svačiny, jen jsem si nebyl jist, jestli ji mám v ceně, každopadnè jsem neplatil 😉
