Pros:

Der Check in und Check Out waren schnell und unkompliziert. Kein Papierkram. alles über Tablett. Sehr gut!!! Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet und in der Lobby gibt es einen Kaffeevollautomat mit verschiedenen Sorten. Man kann sich jederzeit kostenlos bedienen. Toller Service für die Gäste!

Cons:

Die Dame beim Frühstücksservice könnte ruhig freundlicher sein. Ein guten Morgen und ein Lächeln sollte schon drin sein. Dann fühlt man sich auch beim Frühstück willkommen und der Tag beginnt gleich angenehmer. Es wurde einfach nur stumm aufgefüllt und abgeräumt. Eigentlich schade bei dem guten Frühstück.
Das Zimmer und das Bad sind etwas altbacken. Könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Teppichboden ist Out und unhygienisch. Bett und Mobiliar sollten ebenfalls erneuert werden. Matratze könnte besser sein und ein Topper drauf wäre zu empfehlen.

Wir haben wieder die ruhige Lage, die Miniküche mit Kühlschrank, das superfreundlche Servicepersonal, das herausragende Frühstück und die bequemen Betten genossen. Vielen Dank für alles! Immer wieder gern buchen wir dieses Hotel.

Das Kissen roch nach nicht nur einem Vorgänger, was sehr unangenehm und eklig war. Auch der Teppichboden ist nicht so wirklich hygienisch. Duschvorhang im Badezimmer
