Superb location, amazing staff, has the "homemade" german feeling
Pros:

Hotel is in a wonderful location, right by the city center, with supermarkets reachable in 5 minutes walking and next to many restaurants. The rooms were fully equipped with kitchen, and while feeling a little bit dated they certainly had everything you could need for a complete stay. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast selection was more than enough to start a good day. The branding was great, it was cool seeing the logo literally everywhere in the hotel! German hotels really have this "cozy" and homemade feeling to them, and I feel this hotel nailed it.

Cons:

Some facilities could use some improvements - the gym had a broken machine but it is clear not many people use it, so it is not a huge downside. The card scanners on the doors are sometimes tricky to get working right, but nothing terrible or frustrating!

Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Burghausen werde ich wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.
Pros:

Unterkunft und Frühstück waren sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in der Neustadt, zwischen Bahnhof (5 Minuten zu Fuß) und Altstadt/Burg (10-15 Minuten zu Fuß). Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Mir wurde abends extra auf meinen Wunsch die Sauna angestellt, obwohl ich der einzige Gast war, der an diesem Abend die Sauna nutzen wollte.

Lovely, friendly hotel with good rooms and lovely breakfast

The Hotel is quiet, very clean, the staff is very friendly, and breakfast is very good. Walking distance from the shops. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need.

Gut geeignet für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bei Geschäftsreisen

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Mitarbeiterinnen zuvorkommend, auch beim Frühstück

Cons:

Mein Zimmer und dessen Badaustattung entspricht nicht dem Preisniveau in einer Kleinstadt abseits der Metropolen. Beim Kaffee ist noch Luft nach oben.

Wir waren zur Weihnachtszeit hier, zur Burg kann man in 10 - 15 min zu Fuß laufen.
Die Betten sind sehr gut, das Frühstück war klasse. Vom einchecken über das Frühstück bis zum auschecken, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
