Frühstück war gut und reichlich, ebenso die Auswahl. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Am Donnerstag gab es ein Event, von dem ich nichts wusste, denn ich wollte mein E-Auto laden, konnte es nicht, da alle beide Ladesäulen von nicht E-Autos zum parken benutzt wurden. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit und Arroganz von diesen Leuten (1x Mercedes Fahrer 👎)! Diese sind lt dem Betriebsleiter öffentlich! Demnach konnte er nichts tun. Erst, als ich nochmal am späten Abend nachschaute und ihm das Kennzeichen sagte, kam Bewegung in die Sache 🫤
Somit konnte ich dann mein Auto aufladen.
Am Schrank gab es einen Spiegel, der fleckig und gerissen war. Die Kissen sehr flach und die Matratze zu weich.
Die Ausstattung des Zimmers für den Preis war spartanisch.

Schönes Mittelklassehotel. Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Nähe zum Signal-Iduna-Park. Restaurant sehr gut. Ausreichend Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel. Frühstück absolut ausreichend. Trotz Ausbuchung ruhig.

Cons:

Rezeption bei Abreise um 6:00 nicht besetzt. Tür verschlossen. Konnte nur durch Hilfe einer Putzfrau das Hotel verlassen. Hotel Ein- und Ausgang nicht Beschildert.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht
Pros:

Schnelllader vorhanden, was E-Autofahrern sehr entgegenkommt. Sehr gute Gastronomie.

Cons:

Zimmer nicht mehr auf bestem Stand. Im ersten Zimmer war das Smartventil an der Heizung defekt. Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer. Sprung in der Fensterscheibe und Rauchmelder abgebaut. Das erwarte ich anders

Nice looking and situated hotel. Comfort less than perfect.
Pros:

The location is very nice, embedded in a small wooded area.

Cons:

The room was ice cold and quite loud, even through the closed window right at the main street. Additionally the door to the room is glass and the bright light in the hallway shines into the room the entire night. The check-in and check-out process was less than optimal since the reception seems to rarely have someone working there.

Cons:

We waren daar drie dagen en in die periode hebben ze de kamer niet gekuist en de handdoeken niet vervangen .
P.S bij mijn collega die daar ook was , ook niet gekuist en geen nieuwe handdoeken .
