Noodzakelijk verblijf, maar ook niet weer (voor ons althans).
Pros:

sorry, maar niets beviel ons `het meest`. Behalve de oude voormalige eigenaar was iedereen vriendelijk. Dat wel.
Onze bediening bij het avondeten, incl. de zoon (geloof ik) waren erg vriendelijk en hij kon goed advies geven m.b.t. de wijnen.

Cons:

De ontvangst was ronduit tegenvallend. We kwamen op een zondagmiddag aan rond 16 uur en werden door dochter-schoondochter uiteindelijk tegemoet gekomen nadat we verdwaald in het gebouw hadden rondgelopen. Het hotel zit qua plattergond heel vreemd in elkaar. Ze vertelde ons e.e.a. en gaf ons de sleutel van de kamer en we kregen geen enkele informatie mee. Nadat we de spullen op de kamer hadden gezet wilden we wat drinken in de `stube` maar dat mocht niet volgens de oude eigenaar (die slecht te verstaan is en ons Duits is goed) want er was geen personeel. Hij zat er zelf wel te lezen, maar we konden pas vanaf 18 uur komen om te eten. Hij was vrij kortaf en niet bepaald vriendelijk. De volgende ochtend bij het ontbijt was hij dat overigens wel. Ik heb de Duitse gastvriendelijkheid in doosnee beter gezien. We waren niet echt blij.
Het hotel, de kamers zijn behoorlijk verouderd ondanks her en der een enkele update en ongezellig. Maar dat is onze mening. Het zal best dat veel mensen hier geen moeite mee hebben. Overigens zijn de prijzen van het eten in Duitsland net zo hoog als in Nederland. We zijn er deze vakantie (ook in Italie) van geschrokken als je ziet wat je ervoor terugkrijgt.
Toch moet ik zeggen dat, ook al klinkt het wellicht wat negatief, we het deze mensen -aangezien het een familiebedrijf is) wel gunnen. Maar wij vonden het tegenvallend.

Pros:

Perfect location. Large and fine garage for the car. Nice rooms, nice restaurant and food, very friendly and serviceminded staff/family owning the hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast opening 7,30 would be nice with 7.00 if you are to leave early. Served at the table - buffet would give a better broader selection, and would allow some more healthy food/vegetables like tomatoes, cuecumber etc.

Dejlig stort værelse, hundevenligt, hunden måtte komme med i restauranten. Der var ladestander til elbil

Morgenmaden var noget sparsom, vil betegne den som kedelig.

BEST Hotel & Restaurant in Marktbreit!
Pros:

Stefan is a great host and amazing chef. When we arrived, our room key was waiting for us. The room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner in their in-house restaurant, and every piece of food was simply amazing. Their Kottelet vom Oberlaimbacher Schwarzerle was the best piece of pork I've had over 3 years living in Germany. Location was great; a short, literally 2min was into the town center.

Cons:

Only thing I could ask for is some air conditioning. This summer has been unusually hot in Germany.
