Cons:

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, but the most unpleasant surprise was that, after we had already carried all our numerous suitcases upstairs, we discovered that the living room and one of the bedrooms are actually one floor higher, on the 5th floor.

The staircase leading there is extremely steep and uncomfortable. Guests absolutely need to be informed about this in advance! After a long journey and carrying a lot of luggage upstairs, this “surprise” completely ruined our impression of the apartment and the rest of our day.

It is especially unpleasant at night: to get from the upstairs bedroom to the bathroom, you have to go down this very uncomfortable staircase. It feels like climbing down into the hold of a ship. For elderly guests, families with children, people with limited mobility, or simply anyone travelling with a lot of luggage, this can be a serious problem.

If we had known about this layout in advance, we would not have booked this apartment.

Nice enough place, bed too small (thin), breakfast €13!

Tiny bed, width less than a normal single, with super soft mattress, which made trying to stay in bed difficult. I feel out of bed during the night just by rolling over.
Also, €13 for breakfast! That should have been mentioned up front!

Gute Lage zum Bahnhof und Straßenbahn, ruhig, bequeme Betten, gutes WLAN. Neustadt und Havel sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Für Radfahrer unbedingt zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Pension liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Innenstadt. Der Betreiber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fahrräder können sicher untergebracht werden.
