Cons:

The Hotel has insects in the rooms, we changed the rooms to the business class ones, but also we found insects in the room, even the lobby has insects.

very good hotel at an excellent location for business.
Pros:

I liked the western food options, thank you for providing. I liked the buffet style food, it was the best part of the experience. I liked having the refrigerator full of drinks on the weekends so I could take a juice with me. Coffee machines excellent.

Cons:

Only a small thing, there was whole milk available with coffee which was ok, but half and half or cream is better. The small milk pitcher kept running out and I had to go to the cereal area to get milk.

The perfect weekend getway
Pros:

The room, the wifi, the bed, the shower, the breakfast, the gym, the pool, the sauna, the steam room, the late check out, the price, the crazy Airport "park", zipping around on ebike to get to notable sites... the best hotel experience i've had in China in 10 years... I will definitly go again... its the perfect weekend getway, 2 hours by train and pureeee luxury... at an unbeatable price.. the crazy and amazing Airport Park alone will take 2 days to visit...I was there the busiest weekend of the the year.. no price gouging... no crowds... just perrrrfect...

Cons:

This is Heifei Nan.. not downtown Heifei.. so not a place for walks or even cycling around the hotel... you need to ebike... but that's part of the adventure tbh... the HeiFei Nan train station is amazing.. so make sure to come by train, NOT by car... the city is awash with ebikes...

Very glad I decided to stay here - it was a really good choice.
Pros:

Superb highly professional and helpful front desk staff on arrival (be prepared to use the translation app(s) on you phone). Superb breakfast - incredible variety of high quality foods. Transfer from airport made easy by using booking.com to arrange so didn't have to worry about finding taxi and getting right address. Dalian Metro station quite close by which was useful for me.

Cons:

A simple way for a non Chinese speaker to order room service would have been useful.
